“Fairmont Dallas”
Great trip!!
“Busiest hotel in Dallas”
I really like this hotel and will probably stay there again. My only dissatisfaction was with the room they originally assigned to me. I had requested/reserved a King Size Bed, but when I arrived they said all the Kings were taken. They further said that their records showed I had requested a full size; not likely when I'm nearly 6' and my husband 6'6". My expedia reservation even said "King Size Bed". The third day I got my new room with the proper size bed, and they sent a bellhop to assist me in the move. Next time, if I ask for King Size, I want to be sure I get one. I also didn't expect to have to pay for Wi-Fi, and therefore didn't use it. Fortunately, there is a small "business center" where I could check my email.
“Definitely will go back”
The hotel is truly 4stars. Staff very friendly and helpful.
“A BIT DISSAPOINTED”
RENTED A SUITE, BUT MY SURPRISE WAS TO SEE THAT THE SOFA BED WAS SO UNCONFORTABLE FOR THE KIDS, EVENTHOUGH THE ROOM WAS BIG ENOUGH THERE WAS NOTHING WE COULD DO TO BE MORE COMFORTABLE
“Loved Downtown”
Everything was absolutely wonderful, however, I'm not used to being charged for internet use. That was the only drawback.
“Best Place to Stay in Dallas”
This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in my worldly travels! I've never met such a friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable with the best pillows ever. Bonus: the Starbucks coffee shop on the first floor. Also, very close to shops and resturants on Main Street. The only bad part was the over-priced gift shop in the hotel. Suggest going down to the West End to buy any souveniers.
“Fairmont Downtown Dallas”
Fancy hotel, very pretty and beautiful. I however did not get the night's sleep I was hoping for in such a beautiful room because of a non working A/C. I was there only one night, and I didnt want to go to the front desk at 1am to complain. I did tell the front desk at check out, and they noted my comments. I do recommend the hotel though. Very nice staff and facilities
“Comfortable stay close to AA center and reasonably priced.”
The only downside was only option for parking valet at pretty high rate. Other than this, was good stay.
“definitely would stay here again!”
great location fantastic customer service very clean rooms staff accommodated specific room requests no complaints!!
“Stay somewhere else”
Don't stay here. I reserved a king room through expedia. Upon my arrival, they told me that no king rooms were available. It costs $24 for parking. I had a friend who stopped by for an hour--and was also charged $24 for parking. In the morning, I was charged nearly $45 for LOCAL phone calls. They refused to take off the charges. After a huge debate, they said they would give me a 50% "discount" on the local calls....
