Enjoyed the time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and courteous and the location was in a very quiet side of time. There were restauarnts and stores in the area that was close by and easily accessible. Will stay here the next time I am Dallas.

“Only one problem”

We were in Dallas for a long weekend of shopping, and found the room was comfortable for two adults, but with a 10-year-old child, it was a bit of a stretch. However, we were able to adapt, and the pleasant and helpful attitude exhibited by all the staff members made up for lack of space and amenities. The only problem was that a group of foreign visitors in town for a festival were smoking on our floor, which made us uncomfortable, but this was not the fault of the hotel or the staff.
