“Will definitely go back”

My 11 year old left her own "thank you" letter without any prompting from neither my husband nor myself. Everything was so comfortable, clean, and beautiful.

Addison, near the Galleria, is an excellent area. Everything you need is totally accessible.

“Comfortable”

Nice cozy suite. Fun area! close to many restaurants/bars. Room was well designed and very clean. Front Desk staff was very friendly an helpful. Perfect for two people. Amazingly comfortable bed!! When I retuen to addison i definitely will be back at the Springhill Suites!!!

“Comfy & Cute”

I enjoyed my stay, it was just 1 night...If any changes were to be made, it would only be for breakfast..there was alot of people & they couldnt keep up, but everything was hot...Good chioce, we would stay again!!!

“Great convenience for Nearby Meetings and Dining”

This hotel is well located, very clean, and provided all of the services advertised. The staff was friendly and responsive, parking is convenient, and the breakfast was basic but filling. I was in town for a conference at a nearby hotel, and saved a great deal of money by staying here, rather than the host hotel. The only issue encountered was a water heater failure for my room. The staff was very quick in offering another room with minimal inconvenience to me. I would stay here agfain, should the need arise.

“Great Hotel - Great Service”

This was my first visit to the Dallas area and the Addison area was recommended by a local resident. The hotel was very clean and the staff was accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was just ok but what do you expect for free. I would definitely stay at this modern hotel in the future.

“better hotels in the area...”

I was excited to stay at the springhill but when we got in the room we felt like we were on a 2nd class stateroom of a carnival cruise ship. The space was TINY and convoluted. I felt like we had to squeeze around eachother just to get ready in the morning. There was only 2 of us in the room with a king sized bed and a full hideabed. I cant imagine anyone else in that room with us... It was THAT small. Maybe if you're alone on a business trip or something I could see this working, but even then there are 5+ better hotels in the close vicinity (across the street). The room was clean, but a little depressingly motel-ish. If you're not an early riser DO NOT get a room facing east (on the front side of the hotel). The "blackout shades" are anything but, and the sun shines directly into your room from 6am on so be forewarned. Again, maybe good for business, but is sucked for our mini vacay...

Dining
Kenny's Woodfire Grill on Beltline and Quorum is amazing! Upscale Americana complete with a late night menu. Open til 2 on Fri and Sat. Make reservations if you're going there for dinner and ask for Alex... He's the best!

“great price, great stay”

no real complaints. we were traveling with a baby so they brought us a pack-n-play that worked great for our little guy. the complimentary breakfast was nothing special. We wished they would have had a high chair for the breakfast, but they didn't...that's okay. It was a great deal, comfortable room, friendly staff. We would stay there again.

“Great Place!”

The hotel was clean. All the equipment, i.e. hot tub, fitness equipment, etc., was actually in good working order! The staff was polite and hlepful. The had fruit with the breakfast buffet. It was a great place to stay! I highly recommend it!

Area recommendations
The Addison Quorom is within walking distance. It has nightlife, restaurants, and a pleasurable park area. Seemed safe enough to be out walking at night and we certainly weren't alone.

“Ready to go back”

First time staying here, really enjoyed it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was was comfortable and clean, bed was perfect!. Breakfast buffet was good. Enjoyed the stay. Looking forward to my next stay there.
