It was a nice hotel. We had everything we needed. It even had popcorn. It is in a really great location. I would definatly stay their again.

“Our Family Vacation”

We loved the hotel and the stay! On Thursday night they held a free dinner, but since it was just baked potatoes and salads my kids weren't going to eat it. Super sweet idea though! The only issue we had was one of the van drivers was a little reckless and worried us. He also seemed inconveinced by us. But the other driver was great! Had a great time! Would stay again if we are ever in the area. The breakfast was great as well! It was raining on the last day of our stay, so they came around at breakfast and gave the kids a craft project to do. Overall it was awesome!

“Early flight out of DFW”

Great hotel, great location. The breakfast was not the normal hotel quick breakfast, this was a real buffet spread with eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, etc. Must be a new hotel, as it was in excellent condition. My only complaint, is that I could not find my way in. The first place I turned it, took me on a one-way the wrong way couple mile out of my way loop. Actually need to turn in to the Bass Pro shop and you will do fine. Great hotel. Would definately stay again.

great hotel. close to the airport, very comfortable, the staff was quite helpful and there are many good restaurants which are close. The internet was free and pretty fast.

This Hotel was top notch , I took my wife here for Valentine's Day and she Love it. The rooms were very clean and nice . We loved it .

Nice sized rooms, extremely clean, friendly staff, great complimentary breakfast! You get your money worth and then some! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

“Solid place with a couple issues”

Nice larger rooms, comfy beds, and a good breakfast as is true with most all Residence Inns. The staff was friendly. There was a decent exercise room and a basic business center (2 computers). Elevators were reasonably quick. It's located in walking distance of a few restaurants and the giant Outdoor World store. It is possible to walk across the major street to the Hilton DFW Lakes conference center, but it takes a little finessing to make it over there. There were 2 negatives in our recent stay: 1) the elevator made strange clanks and noises which were very audible in any room nearby (like ours). Didn't keep me from sleeping, but was irritating. 2) the internet, which worked ok in the day, was really slow in the evening and then went out completely on our last evening. Couldn't even print a boarding pass and the front desk staff couldn't give any alternatives or an ETA on a fix.

“Nice hotel, poor internet, taxis couldn't find it”

Wireless Internet so slow that could not connect most times. Tried computers in the "business center" and they took several minutes to load each screen. The guy next to me fell asleep waiting for screen to load. Either charge for Internet and have good service or don't bother at all. I couldn't even get to online check in for my flight. This place is nice enough but is 30 minute cab ride from Dallas. Several taxis either didn't show up when called for pick up or could not find the place when bringing me back.
