“A favorite of mine”

The hotel is very conveniently located to what I would call the Addison Dining strip, a large area on Beltline Road that is home to a varied and excellent selection of restaurants. The Galleria mall is easily accessible and being on the Dallas North Tollway makes getting around very easy. The hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. In-room dining service is good. My only complaints is the dearth of parking spots for a large hotel such as this. The parking garage was closed this weekend and we had no otion but to use valet parking.

“InterContinental Dallas”

Excellent Hotel - Great Location As a frequent traveler - this is the real deal. The only negative is Internet / WiFi is not free - even in the Lobby, which has become typical in all hotels. However, the free Hotel shuttle to local restaurants is a good alternative to the Free WiFi.

“Pretty Good, but Internet Access Should be Complimentary”

The hotel and room were in good shape. I would definitely come back. However, I need to bring my own pillow next time. The room comes with four HUGE, HARD as ROCK pillows, and WIRED Internet access is $9.95 PER NIGHT!! There is no wireless in-room access, and the supplied cable is too short to reach the bed.

“Very Nice Hotel”

This hotel was very nice! Lobby was beautiful and front desk staff was very helpful. The rooms were beautiful and the feather beds were so comfy I didn't want to get up in the morning! It was very hot in Dallas in June and the pool was very warm and could have been a little more refreshing. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I will be back!

“Larger Convention Style Hotel- Nice, no complaints- do not opt for Club level”

I have stayed at 3 Intercons.. Rosemont (IL- ORD) Buckhead (ATL) and this one. All are nice - good service- However this one in Dallas does not offer anything special at all for the Concierge floor- SOme fruit and cereal in the am and that was it. I suppose Buckhead was the experience that spoiled me. Parking is free here however if the hotel is busy can be a bit of a walk.

“Ready to come back for another weekend get-a-way.”

“Satisfactory for business”

The Intercontinental was available for a sweet deal from Expedia. The hotel was having some remodeling work done in the lobby but it was not inconvenient. The hotel is obviously an older property but ownership has done well keeping the feel contemporary. The lobby and ballroom are nicely appointed. For business travel this hotel does not offer in-roon wifi. And seriously, Intercontinental, 25" tube TV? Really?
