“Lovely Hotel”

I had never been in a hotel alone before, but I was made welcome by everyone working there. The food was nice and fresh, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Very nice, would definitely stay there again if I visit Dallas again.

“Friendly, helpful staff”

Central location was good - perfect for visiting JFK museum and other sights. Reception staff and courtesy bus drivers were very helpful. Chocolate chip cookies and milk served at hotel foyer in evening was a homely touch. Hotel decor was a bit tired, but rooms are clean. Free internet access was a great help too.

“Convenient place to stay”

I selected this hotel for ease of access - and so it proved. It's almost opposite the Union Station, so you can catch the (cheap) Trinity Rail Express from Dallas/Fort Worth Airport (though first you need to get the shuttle bus from your terminal and then another bus, both free). The train also makes it easy to get to Fort Worth for the day. Central Dallas (Kennedy Memorial, etc) is a short walk. My guide book recommended a corner room - which they gave me - and it was fine, though the bathroom was rather cramped. Breakfast was adequate - lots of sweet stuff, only tinned fruit.
