“Good deal & a great room”

This hotel was very comfortable. Our room was spacious & the beds were comfortable. The pillows were a little to big for my liking, but I brought my own anyway. The room was clean & the water was hot for bathing. We went to the hot tub outside which was nice, but at the time, a component wasn't working properly (it was on order) & it wasn't hot. My friends didn't seem to mind, but I missed the hot water. The grounds seemed to be nice kept as well. I would definately go back to this hotel. There were also plenty of restaurants to choose from around this location.

“Nice place”

Clean newer facility. Cheap and safe. That is what I was looking for. The staff was very pleasent and helpful. Nice place nothing fancy we were only looking for a room to crash at night. We were off with family all day long. House keeping only comes one a week. The front desk was helpful in getting more towels and extra pillows.

“Dissappointed”

Room was as expected. However, check-in experience was frustrating as there was a 15-min wait until someone came to help-- at 11:00pm. The room was smelly, bedding old and worn and overall atmosphere was poor. Will never stay here again!

“Desperately needs an update”

The location was great for us as we were shopping in Dallas & Plano/Frisco and it made it easy for us to get out of town. However, the room is in desperate need of an update, we're talking 80's decor with borders. The bed was not that comfortable either.

“You get what you pay for”

The room had the smell of mildew and being on the first floor there were 3 dead worms on the floor. The comforter did not have a fresh smell to it either. Not all the electrical outlets worked.
