“Meh... not bad, but not impressed.”

This hotel was okay, we got a good deal, so it worked out. We were sort of led to believe breakfast was complimentary when we asked, only to find out it was $10 per person! Though, I did talk to them about it and I am hoping they refund us for it. Sink area of bathroom is ridiculously small. When you walk it, it looks gorgeous! I was very impressed. But then you get off the elevator on your floor and it seems far less quality. It was sort of dark and musty. Our room was comfortable enough though, the bed was nice. The television was horrid, wouldn't come on right, I had to mess with it constantly. I wouldn't recommend the hotel unless you get an extremely good price.

“Front desk courtesy not the best”

Front desk personnel spoke broken English and were hard to understand. I was a "bother" to them. A wheelchair accessible room was requested when reservation made. Given a room on 4th floor at farthest end of building. First floor room was "reluctantly" assigned after I repeatedly told them of my original reqest. Night time employees not any friendlier. Other employees courteous and acknowledged my presence.

“Fulfill what you promise”

The expedia booking showed complimentary meal tickets for the breakfast. The front desk clerk was somewhat rude and very reluctantly gave them to me, as a one time courtesy. It felt like that it was a big favor .Either they should not advertise this on expedia or if they do, then fulfill it. The overall quality was not worth the money paid.

“Just Okay”

The shower did not drain, and the hotel just wasn't up to "Holiday Inn" standards. I've traveled quite a bit for business, and this hotel seemed very dated. The breakfast, however, was fantastic.

“Good location, but old facility.”

Good location, friendly staffs. But room is outdated. Bed is not too comfortable. Breakfast is not fresh.

“Can't sleep here!”

Smoke alarms malfunctioned and went off at 4am and 8 am. Air conditioning units extremely noisy.

“Disappointed”

We have stayed at this hotel several times, always with great results. We have always booked the same type of room each time, which was always just a room with double bed. The room was always very large with large bathroom, refrigerator. This time the room was very small, very small bathroom, no refrigerator and of course the price was the same (or actually a little more). When we checked in the person who checked us in told us the incorrect room number which resulted in us having to go back down to the front desk to get that staightened out. The room was clean and it was convenient to where we needed to be but next time we will probably look for another hotel.
