“Pubic hair in bed. Hole in bed sheets. No courtesy Bus.”

Receptionist was helpful with information and gave me a wake up call on time. Although her response to my complaint about the bed was just to be sorry and no further action was taken by them although I left my email. Room had a good heater and clean bathroom and kitchen area. The huge letdown was the bed: looked clean and made. Pulled back the sheets to get in and saw big long black pubic hair where I was supposed to lay, close inspection showed 2 other lighter head hair type hairs nearby. I had checked in at 11pm and had to get up at 330am for my next light so decided to sleep between the upper sheets instead and was surprised to see one had a 1 inch hole in. Hotel shows quite close to airport on map. Allow $19 -$30 for a taxi ride as the hotel has no curtesy bus it may be cheaper (and definetley cleaner) to pay a bit more stay in the Hyatt which is actually in the airport, or a hote with a courtesy bus.
