“Comfortable”

I had stayed at this hotel before and it was a much better stay then. No amenities in the room, seemed pretty small and I woke up with pink eye. We stayed at another courtyard down the street that didn't have an elevator but I think it was a better stay for the most part.

“A great weekend get away place”

I booked 2 rooms as i wanted to take my family out and have some alone time with my husband who returned home from deployment as a way to get out for the weekend. The hotel was in a great area, quiet, free parking. Our rooms were cleaned and to our satisfaction, bed was super soft and pillows, our room was a little warm even after adjusting the temperature but got cooler really late. We didnt bother to call maintenence. They provided a crib at our request. The guy that checked us in was just average. We happend to stop by the pool area which was nice. The hot tub was warm almost felt like a heated pool. I choose the breakfast package for both rooms. Of course its continenta l. I wouldnt purchase it if it was just myself but if your traveling with family you cant beat $10. My 1 complaint was the tv. It showed kind of snowy like it needed an antenna or was missing one. It wasnt clear vibrant like the ones displayed in the lobby. I also forgot to pack wipes for my daughter. This hotel is smack middle of resturants, 2 blocks from walgreens and 3 from super walnart. Would i return back to this hotel? Definitely!

“Best place to stay in Addison”

There was absolutely nothing about this hotel that I disliked. The staff were helpful and friendly. I've stayed in other local hotels in the area, and I like this one over the others by far.

“Very impressive”

The hotel is located in a very nice area. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The decor is very nice and unique. It looked just like the pictures on the website. The bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

“Nice hotel”

This was a nice looking, older hotel that appears to be going through some renovations. The lobby area looked like it was recently remodeled, but our room could have used a little work. The bathroom was in need of a makeover: walls stains and peeling wallpaper, some mildew around the edge of the tub. Otherwise, the location was great for us, and the staff was very nice and helpful.

“Great place to stay”

The hotel was as expected. The only thing that I'd have to say bad about the hotel was the breakfast selection. They had a Starbucks serving breakfast, but I was hoping for a few healthier options and the wife wanted more variety. Other than that, it was a great place.

“Hotel Fabulous, Restaurant Not up to Par”

The hotel was very, very nice. The new renovations were beautiful. We have absolutely no complaints about the room or staff. We purchased the breakfast option and we were disappointed in the flavor of the food. The staff was great, but the quality was lacking. Do not recommend the restaurant.

“FANTASTIC!!”

I just booked this hotel for the 2nd time. My fiance and I are huge Courtyard fans (stayed at several locations)!! The hotel room is very comfortable. Waking up in a freezing cold room (by choice) in a very cozy and comfy king size bed makes it very hard to get up for the day. The surrounding area is fantastic and why we chose this location. There are pubs, bars, clubs, piano bars (AWESOME!), comedy clubs, family restaurants, not so family retaurants, and everything in between within walking distance or a very short (mile tops) drive.

The entire area. See previous. lol. Anything and everything you would want to do, as an adult, for entertainment is within a mile or two, most just straight up walking.

Very easy location to access from 3 major roads through Dallas (635, Beltline, and the tollway).

Dining

Magic Time Machine, Kobe Steaks (japanese hibachi steakhouse), Genghis Grill (mongolian, make your own bowl, buffett), Buffalo Wild Wings, and tons of other choices.

Nightlife

Buffalo Wild Wings, Pete's Piano Bar (get there early if you want to get in. It's the most fun I've had in this area in a long time), Duke's, Quarter Bar (karaoke certain nights), Sherlocks (pub w/ live music I believe 7 days a week), and tons of others.
