It’s a brand new and very clean hotel-apartment.
The hotel has nice and friendly management. However there some concerning weaknesses:
- Rooms don’t have coffee maker machine, fridge, iron, bottles of water, and safe-box. The hotel doesn’t have vending machine either. You should get some water or coke prior backing to your room
- There is literally zero staff after 10pm. It’s odd and give feel uncertain to guests. I spoke with few guests they had the same feeling
- The area look isolated no groceries or supermarkets in walking distance only 1 gas station that close at 10 pm.
- Although the hotel is located in a safe neighborhood, it is far from metro station and requires a 20 minute bus ride to get Dacheau and 30 minute bus ride to Moosach stations. Commuting to downtown Munich takes 1 hour from the metro station (Dacheau or Moosah) . In total is not an ideal location for the first visit.
As a positive point, the hotel offers very nice complete breakfast for a reasonable price (15 Euros)
