Great older hotel but very well kept. The staff was very nice and attentive. I enjoyed the pool. It has a bus station where you can come and go from Mexico city less than a block away. Downtown is just about a 5 minute walk away.

The hotel is a few minutes walk to City Center. Our room was big and clean, but maybe it’s on the ground floor, the washroom has some smell from the sewer. Although our booking had breakfast included, there were only coffee, cookies and a few bananas and apples, as we travelled more, we realized, this is Mexican continental breakfast. We didn’t use the swimming pool. Parking is convenient on hotel property. The front street is very busy.

Las instalaciones son cómodas, la alberca super, hay acceso a todo el centro de la ciudad, restaurantes y bares. Fueron muy amables y cortses en todo momento y nos ofrecieron un desayuno de cortesia muy rico. Gracias.

Hoteles.com debe revisar su proceso de reservacion
Esta es una queja para Hoteles.com, ya que al llegar al hotel se me indico que no tenian la reservacion que habia hecho meses atras. Afortunadamente, habia una habitacion disponible y todo sucedio sin mayor problema. Agradeceré revisar bien el proceso y el porque de esta situación, que de no haber habido habitación, se hubiera convertido en una terrible pesadilla. Del hotel, la verdad me parecio excelente el valor recibido por el precio pagado. Sin duda, volveria.

Dejé mi cartera dentro de mi bolsa dentro de mi maleta y cuando regrese ya no tenía efectivo- me dijeron que era mi culpa por no usar la caja de seguridad y no avisar al hotel del monto que traía, pero también me dijeron que nadie entraba a las habitaciones, entonces no entendí para que usar la caja o avisar si nadie entraba. No me dejaban salir por un supuesto saldo deudor cuando yo pagué una parte a expedía al hacer la reservación y la diferencia al llegar al hotel, me decían que expedía no se los iba a pagar y que yo les pagara y si si, luego me lo regresaban, que les enseñara mi estado de cuenta del cargo a mi tarjeta porque el status de “pagado” que decía la página de expedía no era suficiente para ellos. Amenazaron con llamar a la policía si intentaba irme cuando yo mostré todo el tiempo el status pagado que me mostraba expedía. Me habían dejado unas brochas de maquillaje en recepción y claramente nunca me avisaron. Pésimo servicio

La estancia estuvo Agusto solo detalles como cucarachas en el cuarto, desayuno muy malo (no dice continental ) y a lo que dan ni continental se le llama un café en máquina sin servicio y galletas y manzanas muy maduras. El personal da servicio de mala gana mucho ruido de niños

no dejaron dormir, hay mucho ruido en la noche ya que la habitación me la dieron a unos pasos de la recepción y no les importa hablar fuerte afuera de las habitaciones, además un chiflido como de ave suena mucho, definitivamente no regreso
