Great little boutique hotel right in the middle of Madrid. Easy walking to anywhere from here. But also super quiet hotel at night with no city noise so it made it great to get some good sleep. Also beds and pillows were great too.

Nos quedamos del 4/18 al 4/19 en el piso 10. El área donde está el cuarto no está nada bien, se ve viejo y descuidado. En Marzo el 2023 me quede 8 – 10 dias… la temperatura estaba alta y el cuarto sofocado. Llame a recepción y me dijeron que abrirá la ventana Este 2024 la temperatura estaba baja para poder tomar una ducha de una manera adecuadamente por la mañana. ¡La respuesta fue que el hotel no tiene la opción de cambiar de frio o calor!!!! Me manaron un calefactor pequeñito portátil… este funciono correctamente, pero esto es increíble para este hotel. Sobre todo, que eso no se nos hace saber al momento de hacer la reservación Por otro lado, el servicio es excelente y el desayuno de lo mejor.
