Thank you for your third review BECAUSE you know bad news comes in threes. We have it posted on our website that we are currently going through renovations. If Expedia didn't relay that message, take it up with them. Also on our website, we have information about our to-go breakfast. They are oven baked sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits, not microwaved. Most of our guests wish we would keep the biscuits once our breakfast bar opens back up but then again, most of our guests don't smoke in our rooms either. We are a non-smoking facility and the room you occupied reeked of smoke and we had to put it out f order for multiple days.Our hotel, even though there are crews working, is still kept clean and tidy. You may have saw some mildew in the bathroom from guests not using the exhaust fan while showering, but we will definitely make sure we forward that to the correct department. You may want to do some research on black mold before confusing mildew for mold. If it was black mold, we wouldn't be open.Last but not least, we have decreased our rates to reflect our renovation construction. We aren't going to greet you with, "hello, you got a discount on your room because we are renovating". We wish you safe travels in the future.

Thank you for your feedback, we have a zero bug policy, please be assured this room was shut down immediately and the exterminator has treated it a few times since. I have spoke with the Front Office Manager, she has assured me she has spoken with the other guest that was in the room as her information was used for the booking. She mentioned she was able to resolve the issue and the guest she spoke to was pleased with the resolution. We apologize for the inconvenience you all experienced, we strive daily to improve and we will do what we can to prevent this from happening again.
