The building exterior needs a facelift. Parking lot replaced or patched The staff was really friendly and pleasant. I like that they are 24/7 opened I wished they had a hairdryer The beds were real comfortable, clean bathroom and bedrooms.

It says executive condo but the space was so small, we kept bumping into each other. Windows don't open, no fan in bathroom, double bed instead of queen. Little black flies everywhere. It did hVe nice patio and view. Would not recommend for price we paid for atea.

What a very nice gentleman checked into the motel. Friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and inviting. Would definitely stay here again. The location was close to all we needed.

Fridge freezer was very loud and obviously something was wrong. The tv did not turn on. The room was uncomfortably warm despite thermostat set to off. Lighting in room was poor, either too dim or too bright. Bed was very soft, almost uncomfortable.

Location is good as it's right on the main street in Cranbrook and pricing was good for a budget traveller like me. There's a Tim Hortons right across the street so I appreciated that as it's my usual breakfast spot. Bed was comfy and clean. Some cons were that the bathroom doesn't have a fan so there was mold around the window frame. Cinder block walls aren't very aesthetic. Doors were in pretty bad shape and it was a bit noisy as with most older buildings that weren't insulated for sound.

Checkin was friendly and quick. There is a nice little library of books at reception for guests. We extend our appreciation to whomever is cleaning and making up the rooms. The rooms are not new, but they are well maintained and very thoroughly cleaned, with new linens and towels, exceptional for cleanliness. We also appreciated the air quality; no scents and the window opened. The appliances were great, especially the full sized fridge. Yes, the rooms are along the street, but that seems common for Cranbrook motels. We were very comfortable in our room. Finally, Travellers offers the very best value in town for clean, friendly accommodation.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Electrical cords dangerously dangling everwhere in the living area. Bathroom window hadnt been cleaned in a while and a lot of black mould was growing. Dirt along all the baseboards, again, hadnt been cleaned in some time. The motel office was flithy, dead flies in the corners, dirt all over the floor.

The floors were very dirty. It wasn't just our room, since we talked to other guests that said the same. The air conditioner was very noisy, sounded like a washing machine on the spin cycle. The staff were extremely friendly at least. The room was small but the bed and pillows were comfortable. Parking our motorcycles and trailer on the property was great. The price was reasonable and we'd probably stay again if they mopped the floors. We had to wear our sock and they were black when we left.

This motel has been fully renovated inside the suites. It had a full size fridge, microwave, stove and great coffee. It was clean, well maintained and had friendly staff.

The thing that was disappointing for us was the bed was quite loud. The box spring covering was very noisy when you sat or moved around in the bed. This could be fixed by placing a very thin sheet of plywood between the top mattress and box spring. I have to thank our Manager for coming to another guests assistance to help the gentleman who had fallen in his room. The gentleman needed assistance to sit up then was able to maneuver himself. With your help we were able to lift the gentleman. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

There was a pubic hair in the shower, a long hair in the bed, it seemed like the sheets had just been tightened, not washed, dried blood on the side of the mattress protector, and the lamp didn’t work. There are no trollies or elevators to bring your belongings up.

The motel was extremely clean and surprisingly very quiet. It was a difficult parking lot to get into. However, we feel that this is a town issue more than anything. Room smelled a bit damp.
