“Well located, friendly staff, full kitchen and refrigerator”

Great place to stay to see central Cincinnati. Staff at front was incredibly helpful. Rooms were comfortable, and included a small kitchen. Perfect if you're on a budget or have some of your own food with you.

“Satisfied customer”

After doing an extensive review of hotels and comments left by reviewers, I settled on this Extended Stay hotel. It seemed to be a mix of the qualities I wanted: reasonably priced, correct amenities, and clean. I wasn't disappointed and would recommend this hotel to any family or friend looking for a room in the Cincinnati, OH or Covington, KY area. It wasn't anything fancy, but then again, what I was looking for was basic accommodations that were functional, clean, and accessible. This hotel fit the bill.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean and the staff was very courteous!

“Nice & Quiet”

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days during the JO National Gymnastics Meet. I chose this hotel because of the price, the kitchen & the location. The meet was across the river at the Duke Energy Center, we took the shuttle across the river & never took the car. Even though our room was at the end of the hotel right by the freeway, the room was pretty quiet & we were not bothered by the traffic noise. We were never bothered by noise from other guests. My son was thrilled that we were able to have wireless internet for less than $5 for the whole stay. The room was clean & the employees were friendly. The only problem was that the bed was too hard. All in all, I would definately return to this hotel.

“Good for Dogs”

People were extra friendly, was the cheapest hotel in the area that allowed dogs.

Had a cleanliness issue upon arrival that was immediatly resolved by a person at the front desk. Generally it was a clean hotel. Hallways, stairwells, elevator, windows were all very clean. The rooms a bit "used" but, not bad. All the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a small fire in the hotel one of the nights which scared my daughter, no fault to the hotel of coarse, just a drunk cooking late at night. Even with an incident such as this I still felt safe there. I chose this hotel because my pet could stay with me. I would have to walk her late at night due to engagements and felt very comfortable doing so on the hotel property. There is also plenty of surrounding neighborhoods for extended walking during the day. I would stay there again, especially given the courtesy of all the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional.

“Very Close to Cincy”

Once we arrived at the hotel we never used the car until we were ready to depart. Shuttle service stopped right at the hotel and took us to the US Bank Site for the "Dancing with the Stars Tour". Hotel amenities were good, but no breakfast, but went across the street for breakfast before departing.

“Convenient”

Location convenient to Convention Center and Interstate. Staff were very accommodating when inclement weather forced me to stay another night.

“Great room for the price”

For the price, this was a good stay. I would take my family back here again. The room was clean, quiet and roomy. The desk clerk was very helpful in finding us someplace to catch a late dinner.
