"The experience was good and in a remote hill top and access way to ski areas. The app I was not able to download and had a little trouble figuring out where to find food (take out) from nearby restaurants and there was no printed guide to the area. The setting was nice. But I never met anyone from the inn which was a different experience than I am used to. Otherwise everything worked fine. And check out via text was perfect. I would go back again."

"The property manager and staff members were extremely helpful in accommodating our needs. A handicap accessible room was not available at the time of booking and we hoped a regular room would have sufficient features for our elderly parent. "Location was great overall property needs some work. The water was very minimally smelling almost to the point where you didn't want to take the shower. The shower drain filled up and didn't drain properly so you were standing in dirty water the whole time showering. The kitchen sink drain p-trap was not properly secured and started leaking how to put a bucket under it so not to flood the place out while washing dishes by hand."

It's dirty, in some cases disgustingly so (stained furniture, stuff on the walls, etc.) The bedding is pretty much the lowest quality you can imagine, and a lot of the fixtures don't work.
