It is a good option to stay on your way to Laredo. My only complaint is the bathroom. It need some updates.

The room smelled bad and had dust everywhere. All over the walls too. Bathroom mirror broken and blow dryer almost started a fire with all the dust in it. Sheets were used. So not recommend.

Overall, it was great. Bed & room were comfortable, breakfast was good as well. Only thing when I arrived my nightstand & phone had a powder substance all over it, I cleaned it.

Excellent stay
The room was nice and cool when I came in . I had everything I needed right there in the room. I didn’t have to ask for anything. Nice comfortable bed and great lighting. The breakfast was amazing as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Nice and quiet also no noise at all.

The stay at this hotel was not good at all. The room had a gas smell odor in the room, the bath tub/shower was stained, had a big dirty ring inside of tub. The mattress was uncomfortable and wore out. Not updated at all. Please fix issues.

Best Hotel in Cotulla
Kimberley was an awesome manager! She does a wonderful job checking people in and makes everyone feel welcome! Breakfast was delicious and all staff were friendly.

Very friendly! Took us in immediately after we were bumped from Hampton Inn due to maintenance issues . We were cancelled at last minute and the Holiday Inn was great getting us into a room .

A headache from the start. Booked a room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived, I was told my reservation was for a single bed room instead of a double bed. Luckily, this was a family trip, and another family member and I switched rooms. Otherwise, the person that was going to stay with me in my room would have had to sleep on the floor or I sleep on the floor. Next, I understand the covid situation. But not having your room cleaned daily, not receiving clean towels and so forth is just ridiculous. We were told rooms would not be cleaned unless someone stays for 5 consecutive days or more, then rooms would be cleaned. So, all in all, it was not that great of an experience.

Holiday Inn Express - Cotulla
Good location and clean rooms. Lots of oil and gas traffic makes for a lot of mud in the hallways and elevators if you check in after 7. Overall, pretty good place and good coffee. Staff is helpful.

Disappointed that the pool was closed. The desk was very responsive when we needed a lightbulb. Comfortable bed, nice cold fridge to chill our wine.

The bathroom has NO cold water, we had to take a very slower with hot water from the shower and cold water from the lavatory, just horrible.... Also...There is a sound of a motor running, next to our window, it went on the whole night, I sis not get much of sleep last night, this place is a nightmare.....and the TV, dis not work...
