Property has a good location close to Sitges City Center (20 - 25 min walking) Be aware that the room pictures are misleading. Rooms with ocean view don’t offer a full front view, but rather a distant side view with a front view of the golf course. We raised that concern at the front desk and they told us that we needed to request front sea view ahead of time, yet this information is not available on the property description. Their bikes lack of proper maintenance and most of them have flat tires, are rusty or like in our case, bikes were not on the designated spots. Parking inside is a bit inconvenient, not an easy way in and out. Last but not least, if you would like breakfast, make sure to pay in advance, otherwise you may ended up paying 60 Euros for 1 adult and 2 kids for a buffets full of sweets. Overall, I would not recommend this place, there are better options for less or same price.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Ordered our taxi for a 630am trip to the airport the night before with the front desk staff and it was waiting for us bright/early.

Really nice hotel and amazing location in Sitges. The free bike rental was awesome, my family and I loved it. The hotel was great value for money!

Stayed with my family of 6 for 5 days. 2x separate rooms at both ends of a rather large building wasn't great. 2,5 km to the city center, so the free rental bikes come in handy, if they're working. In-house amenities are OK, but would've preferred the summer to have access to the outdoor pool area. All in, the stay was OK, but I would've booked closer to the city center to have better access to it (since we're not playing golf).

Comfortable apartment with wonderful sea view
We stayed in this apartment in November and had stayed at Sunway Playa Golf and Spa previously. The location is at the end of the seafront and serviced in the daytime by the L2 bus between the hotel and the train station and market. There is a minimarket which is convenient for basics in the basement. The apartment, itself, had a wonderful sea view was spacious, comfortable and clean and the daily housekeeping was carried out to a high standard. The bed was comfortable and there was no external noise. The shower was powerful. The Wi-Fi worked. The facilities for cooking were limited as there were only two rings, the pots and pans were large and it was difficult to fit two items on at the same time. The staff in reception, the Vento bar /restaurant, the breakfast area and housekeeping were all friendly, polite and helpful.

A lovely hotel with lovely views. Clean, well presented and the apartment had everything we needed. Maybe an English TV channel would have been nice(I did scroll through every channel available) but we were not there to watch TV. What was a problem for me were other guests moving wooden chairs & tables around on tiled floors after 10pm and into the early hours of the morning. I was woken up at 02:20am by this and the client playing loud music and then shouting over it. I reported this to the front desk and the music was dealt but they were still noisy until 04:00am. This then repeated at 00:20am the next day without the music, then 05:30am the final day of our stay. I fully realise you can't teach guests etiquette but maybe the hotel could soften the contact points on the chairs and tables?

The hotel is incredible both in location, on the beach, quiet and beautiful. the room we had was a 2 bedroom with kitchen and was perfect for us. the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. the only minus to this hotel is the evening restaurant. We went there 3 times and there was not many other patrons (5 other tables) for a few drinks and tapas and each time the service was worse. I'm not sure the staff really wanted to there and as we eventually had to get our own menus and eventually ask for service. The food itself was good but compared to the other places in Sitges we went this was by far the worse for service. We overlooked that from a overall perspective and would definitely recommend others to the hotel, just not the restaurants unless updates occur.

All of the main communal areas of the hotel are model and stylish. We booked a superior double with sea view. The actual room and en-suite was tired and dated in decor, WiFi very patchy even though maintenance tried to fix it. The room was very clean and view from the room was fantastic. The pool area was very pleasant with plenty of sun loungers. The walk into town takes approximately 40 minutes along the beach front. The morning breakfast was fantastic, we also had lunch which again was very tasty. Overall this is a good hotel to visit with friendly staff.

Though I booked a superior room with sea view, I was given a one bed room apartment with no sea view from the room. When I went to ask about it, the lady at the reception just said they are in the same category and asked me to stand aside and went on checking in new customers and I stood there for 15 mins without a word from her. At last I gave up and came back to my room when I thought it was enough humiliation. I was the only Indian (asian) there. Poor staff I would say since they still do racism.

the hotel is nice and the view from our room was great. unfrotunately the walls are paper thin and you can hear little kids screaming near the pool and running down the halls. The staff were not that nice and even was rude at times. Except for Agostina who was super friendly and knowledgeable. it was also far from the beach area where you could rent sunbeds/lounge chairs. but, they let you rent bikes for free so you can ride into town or to the beach area.

The checki. Was 2 hours, the food was bland, the room was filthy I took a photo to show the reception of all the hair and and on the floor all through the apartment and on the drains. In the shower the washing machine locked my clothes in it and was finally emptied by maintenance at 1 am having waited hours for it to empty following g incorrect instructions from reception. It broke again next day and they had to remove it and bring a whole other washing machine next morning which looked as old as the one they removed. The extra for a king bed was two separately made up single beds pushed beside each other with single sheets and covers so that was a con too it was a very expensive hotel with terrible service no parking available so we had to park up the street and wifi was almost non existent terrible

Amazing rooms - clean - everything you need! Absolutely the most amazing views from the very large balcony! Pools were clean and easily accessible. Staff was very helpful - although not everyone knew English well. This was fine as google translate worked! Amazing beaches & shopping at the other end of the beaches. A train ran from end to end for easy access. Easy to see why this is a 5 Star hotel / apartments!!! Definitely would come back here!

The hotel is excellent. It is the last one on the boardwalk facing the sea. The staff is very attentive and the room we stayed in was large, well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The views of the sea from the balcony are spectacular.

Booked room with washing machine, we got broken one, after painful try and advise from various people, service arrived and new machine was delivered. Arrival we were asked, if we stayed before. Though we have stayed more than 10 years, several occasion each year- same question asked ever time on arrival. Bedroom clean and ok. Kitchen ok part from washing machine. Balcony table and chair needed cleaning that we did our selves. Door handle to the balcony damaged. Sitting area furniture seriously passed their date. Bathroom total disgrace. Looks like bath was ripped off and shower curtain left same place. Dirty worn floor was not levelled for wet room purpose/ after shower water was sailing around bathroom and towards hall - making situation extremely dangerous!!!! Bathroom had no surface to put down anything, no hooks for hang. On the washing base side was left some shabby toiletries packed in paper, looked that they went through already several visits. Towel rack was very high and rather difficult to get normal height person and specially disabled (toi let seat had ‘frame’. Bathroom was to l nightmare, as all the towels needed dry floor safe! There was new surprise towards end of our visit as the ironing-board was replaced ridiculously smal table board. Regardless that only socket for the iron was in the kitchen work top. Kitchen was so small, that you could not iron and who would put clean clothes to the kitchen work top.

Where do I begin?! I loved this property. It was gorgeous with an ocean view. The mini mart was one of my favorite parts. It had all you need down below the hotel. The breakfast was great and the staff was so incredibly nice and helpful. We struggled to get a taxi to the airport in time and the manager at the front desk went above and beyond helping us catch our flight. We loved the seafood restaurant. The burger bar was just ok with weird hours. There was a ton of cigarette smoking but no fault of the hotel. The hotel room was HUGE. So spacious with a washer and great little coffee maker. We didn't want to leave and I can't wait to go back. The hotel balcony was huge and so beautiful. I felt at peace there and loved how it was on the end of the point. So quiet and safe with a great view of the ocean and golf course. The room was clean and equipped with all of the cute glassware you would need! Listening to the ocean at night can't be beat. You do have to take a taxi from Barcelona and I would recommend telling your driver that you will pay the toll to get there quicker. Loved it and thank you so so much to the hotel staff!

Expectations exceeded!
We stayed at Hotel Sunway and made full use of their free bike rental. We used their pool, hot tub, playground and activities. The restaurant wasn't great for vegetarians so we preferred to buy our own food from the supermarket and cook in the apartment kitchen. Everything we needed, we were taken care of and I highly rate the staff. Great location. Great amenities. Affordable price.

Very relaxing, the rooms with sea views are amazing, you are right on the sea front , yet there is very little noise from the concourse below, you can go to sleep , and wake up just to the noise of the sea . The hotel itself is friendly and welcoming. The indoor pool is an added bonus out of season. The restaurants are good , and the breakfast is amazing!! Loads of choices and good quality

My go to hotel if u have business in Barcelona. Excellent value for money, helpful staff , amazing breakfast, good food in both restaurants, views and ambiance amazing. I have stayed a few times now and have never been disappointed
