This was our 3rd visit to the Belvedere, and the 1st after Covid. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back

Very good customer service, helped out a lot with directions and suggestions in the area, along with getting a taxi to Reus. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was a massive buffet and was worth the extra few dollars. Also there were no language barriers and it is a great place for English-speaking tourists. Only knock was the elevators were not in good shape.

Booked this hotel as it represented great value for a short trip to PortAventura theme park. Perfectly situated only a 15 minute walk from the park, and only 5-10 minutes to the beachfront. Staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly, full board buffet style was ideal for the stay, with plenty options locally for a change of scenery.

In conclusion, I recommend the Hotel. Our experience with the full board service and food was very good. The hotel's location is also ideal, being in close proximity to both the sea and PortAventura. The only notable drawback was the room cleaning service, which only involved changing the bedsheets and lacked thorough cleaning. Additionally, we had to remind the staff multiple times to replenish soaps and shampoos.

The staff from the bar area were extra excellent n friendly. Some of the receiving receptionist were not too friendly( some of the ladies) the cleaning ladies for the rooms were great

Not what it used to be
Booked via hotel.com booked a room with 3 beds, received email confirmation of 3 bed room, on arrival hotel stated they don’t do 3 beds per room ( they used to prior covid ) 2 beds was not suitable for a teenage child and 2 adults, forced to them pay full price for an additional room and the hotel were not bothered in the slightest that the website advertises 3 bed in a room and it’s not what you receive. Staff are rude and talk about you in Spanish, food choices are poor who wants to eat last nights carrots for breakfast, hardly any fresh fruit in the morning, needs to be more to cater for then size of the hotel. Overall very limited choices & under cooked pancakes in the morning. We couldn’t eat there for the rest of the stay. Rooms look nice since modernisation, but they are not cleaned well, hair and dirt accumulated in bathroom. After being out all day, domestics left room door open and on day of departure I was getting dressed and a member of staff walked in an hour before we had to leave. This hotel used to be a really family friendly hotel in which we used to love coming too. I would not stay at this hotel in the future.

Nice hotel with very comfy beds. The shower pressure was very weak. The breakfast was terrible and very little selection. Same food every morning no variety. The pools were amazing really made the hotel.

very poor, reception disgusting service, hotels.com even notified me to check out was noon, at 11 am i was being threatened on the phone of having to pay more if i did not leave immediately. I told them it said 12 i was told it was impossible and people needed the rooms and i had to leave or the manager would come and charge me to stay. i left but showed them the notification i was told it was wrong and hotels knew this. very rude very unhelpful. she was called Michelle, it was Wednesday morning. Hotel very dated, rooms very very small and damaged. No air con just a fan in the roof.

Good family holiday
Really enjoyed our stay. Staff friendly and hotel was clean! Food was lovely but wasn’t told about themes so we missed the Spanish night. Rooms are small and no kettle. Also lack of places to park which meant driving around waiting for cars to move which wasn’t very often. We would stay here again but won’t hire a car.

The staff here are really polite and helpful Whilst the rooms are a little tired and dated, this hotel is excellent value for money and a great location for Salou and the beach. The spa area probably needs a deep clean but then it was end of season when we travelled. You get what you pay for and after all how much time do you actually spend in your hotel on a sunshine beach break!

I’ve stayed in a few hotels in Salou and when I walked into the Belvedere it wasn’t as nice looking but other than that this is a great hotel. Location was perfect for getting to the water park, a 20 minutes walk with a 6 year old. It was also only a 15 minute walk to the beach and shops. There’s a couple of supermarkets close by. The pool area was good, we got sunbeds next to the pool almost every day. The entertainment team are brilliant. The staff were all lovely. The food was great with a couple of theme nights. Our room was great for 2 of us, might have been a squeeze with more as we had 2 double beds! I will definitely be back here next year.

Average hotel , went for half board and food was good ,had to pay for drinking water .At check in had to wait until after 2pm and they wouldn’t store luggage plus was asked to send my confirmation email so they had paper copy.Hotels.com said check in was 10am.No kettle in room and no air conditioning, they wanted 20 Euro for tv remote control. Hotel is in a nice area ,good pool area and nice bar just service could be better

Very good hotel. however - Check in took far too long. Arrived with my two kids at 1015pm and were behind 50 other people! Never have I had to queue to check in to a hotel for as long (50 minutes) with two very tired kids. I have been all round the work as well. When I reached the desk the gent seemed preoccupied and didn't acknowledge me for a while Other than this, hotel is vey good, food good and plenty of it, kids loved the pool. They were allowed inflatables and a ball by the lifeguards who were always on duty even though there is a sign that said not allowed! Pool 10-7pm

Disappointed there were no tea making facilities in room. Cafeteria stopped serving hot drinks at 11pm Entertainment staff very nice and friendly. Loved the free bingo at 4 pm. Other reception staff less amenable Think it could be chaotic in peak season

Great holiday!
Big room cleaned everyday. Good selection of food, theme nights for dinner, drinks not included for dinner. Very accessible to the beach, Portaventura, Salou strip & shops & Reus airport & train, bus stations. We had an early flight from Dublin, but didn't get a room until 1pm, as we were told that is the check in time. Waited in the reception.

Noisy Hotel
Very noisy hotel, by the entertainments staff I might add and not the residents of the hotel, they need toning down, far too loud in many ways, and its not good at meal times with clowns and idiots of staff dressed up parading through the restaurant that needs looking at. Swimming area could be made larger and should be, there is plenty of space to do it. And stop the Bingo around the poolside area most people want to relax there and soak up the sun. Bingo is for a Bingo Hall.

Hotel staff courteous and attentive, however hotel facilities not large enough to accommodate a full hotel. Queues for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and not just small queues, sometimes waiting 20 mins to get in then fighting for food! Pool small for large numbers, and wild, couldn't relax and spent most of week at beach and after two days ate out for all food

GOOD LOCATION, GOOD ACCOMODATIONS, EXCELLENT FOOD
We liked the hotel and calm sand beach. Belvedere hotel worked out its three stars with high marks. Very helpful staff at the front desk. Great variety in food, excellent breakfasts and dinners. Fridays they had festive dinners with excellent sea food, cheese and jamon, awesome! Whenever we wanted to eat out in the evening, we would switch from dinner to lunch at the reception desk in the morning. It was easy and convenient. Walking distance to Port Aventura, if you like all those crazy rides and water splashes. 10 minutes’ walk to the beach. Beach is a bit crowded during the season, but if you do not mind walking, you can find more secluded and smaller beaches nearby.

El hotel en general esta bien,acorde a su nivel.El gran fallo es que las habitaciones las limpian muy tarde(14:30-15:00)y muy por encima.Estuvimos con dos bebes de 20 meses,y la mayoria de los dias no pudieron echar su siesta en la habitacion,con el calor que hacia,encontrando sitios para descansar.La comida genial,zumo natural en el desayuno.Tostadas hechas a la brasa,y tortillas al momento en la plancha,igual que las carnes y pescados.La piscina saturada,todas las hamacas ocupadas desde las 9 de la mañana.Aun asi,nos parecio muy comoda la piscina infantil

Hôtel bien situé , quelque travaux de rénovation son nécessaire dans les chambre ainsi que le mobilier. L’accès à la piscine est très restreint par le manque de place nous avons hébergé 5 nuit et nous avons profité que 2 jours de la piscine par manque de place sur les transate beaucoup trop de monde . Le personnel est très chaleureux et professionnel.

Chambre très sale. Sol poussiéreux et je ne vous parle même pas de sous le lit ! Les murs sont très sales ! L’ameublement est dégradé. Le personnel n’était pas très aimable. Notamment au restaurant. L’eau de la piscine est trouble et rempli de cheveux La nourriture est peu variée il faut toujours faire la queue pour aller manger.
