The smell in the room was so musty I couldnt breathe as soon as I walked in. I was given another room that smellled but not as bad. Staff was nice, property was clean but the entire hotel had a foul smell. Like a wet sneaker.

I liked NOTHING, Because i was unable to stay . Because your front deck clerk would not let my wife in because i put it under my name. She was no help, rude and not willing to tell us how to fix the problem. i went to your customer service log in and i was kicked off over a dozen times , could not cancel , change anything or get a refund , i have used red roof in for many years never any issues like this , now im out over $200 dollars and not word one from you people. you suck

Pleasantly surprised
Pleasantly surprised! Its not Hilton level but it was extremely clean. Beds all had mattress covers on them. Quilts were thick. Sheets and towels smelled fresh. Shower has hot, powerful and clean! Toilet was clean. The front desk was inviting as was the hallway (They just need to update the hallway ceiling tiles -but they werent awful by any means.) I would definitely stay here again.

It was a clean room with comfortable beds - what we required. The only downside with each Red Roof Inn we stayed in is the lack of an elevator for getting to the second floor. Hauling luggage up fairly narrow steps is a bit hard on older folks.
