Visited to watch the Eclipse on 4/8/24. Staff was fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Grounds and eclipse viewing was just as awesome. Hotel just needs a little TLC, and attention to fixing minor trim.

Nice motel, I liked that it was clean, and they already had the tv on when I came in. Bathroom was a little small, no wash rags were left. Felt safe.

On check in, Casey at the front desk went above and beyond fit us. Rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was also great. Stayed 2 days with no complaints. Will surely stay here again

We will not be staying there again.
Room had a sweet smile. Carpet soiled, coffee making was not cleaned, there was used soap in shower, ice bucket had a layer ring of dirty grime around it. Toilet flush periodically would continuously run water. The hotel gave us a handicap room. We were told since the room we purchased was through a 3rd party it would be too difficult to switch us to a standard room. Our reservation was for a standard room.

From check-in to check-out, we enjoyed our stay. The room had been updated. The air can be set to continuous fan to cover basic noises. However, the hotel and area were quiet. Breakfast was okay. No complaints. We have family in the area and plan to stay here the next time we are in Corsicana.

The property was very nice and accomodating for the most part. Staff was very warm and friendly. Just a couple of things that I didn't like, the first thing was when I was checking in, I had booked three rooms and paid for them on (I believe) Travelocity, but upon checking in I was informed that for each room there would be a $50 deposit that I would either, get back if it was cash upon check out, or my bank would put it back according to their policies.. I would have appreciated knowing that information during the booking. The second thing was their laundry room was not working according to the lady that assisted me during check in, she did however say that we could go to their sister facility down the road and dry in the dryer they have over there, it was late and I didn't feel up to doing that.

The room was dirty, carpet was stained and bathroom floor was filthy. We were given a total of 3 towels. 2 bath,1 facecloth and 1 hand towel. We left the sign out to clean our room and it was not done. We arrived back late the 2nd night and had to go to the front desk to get towels. This hotel is not up to Best Western standards.

For the entire stay we were given 1 replacement towel and washcloth and we had to go to the front desk and ask and even ask for that and that was all they would provide. The trash cans were never emptied towels never brought to the room. They didn’t not even follow the very limited housekeeping schedule they had posted in several places. The key cards keep having to be reprogrammed even when being kept away from magnets. That all said every front desk worker encountered was polite and willing to help at all times.

A great place to stay
Check in was quick and friendly, the room was comfortable and quiet, breakfast was well prepared and plentiful (the breakfast area was also kept clean and tidy, and received constant attention from the staff, and checkout was equally quick and easy.
