The BeachGate to paradise!!
From the start our experience was phenomenal. We booked 2 nights but when we got here we decided to extend an extra night. With friendly service we got the extra night with same discount from the travel booking service I used. We went to our room on the 3rd floor with an amazing view of the gulf over the dunes. Beach access (with gate key card) heated pool and hot tub, corn hole and shuffle board games. We really enjoyed our stay and plan many more. Thanks again BeachGate!!!!

A staff member that lives in one of the rooms kept harassing my boyfriend and I since the first day we arrived. Every time she saw us she kept saying mean accusations of us. Accusing us of “smoking marijuana” just because we’re young adults and we don’t smoke and that we were being “too loud“ just because we were laughing in our room. We weren’t bothering anybody nor in our room the whole time we were there. The hotel itself was decent but that one staff member ruined the experience for us.

Hmmm.... You are mistaken! Our staff was not the one who spoke to you. That was a guest next door on vacation for a week. You should have immediately called down to the office as soon as something happened! We would have moved you to another room.Only two males live here on property btw.

A bit disappointed :(
The pics were deceiving as we expected another bed in one of the rooms. Front Desk stated this condo did not have that option. Condo needed to be cleaner, microwave and the vent attached pretty gross; grout in bathroom was missing; curtains dirty especially at the bottom of them. Upgrade pots and pans and coffee maker. For the price of an off-season condo not worth it!!

When we called to check-in on you, you mentioned everything was perfect. Hope you give us another shot-maybe in a different room and owner.

The staff was great - going above and beyond to help address our needs. The location of the property is perfect, within very short distance to the beach. The property has 2 pools, one heated and one not heated which was great for November.

First time we stayed at the property and really enjoyed the convenience of the location and the property itself. The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was not super friendly or helpful, but that was overall our only issue.

You cannot see the water from inside your unit. Garbage bed, holes in the blankets, dirty air conditioner, dirty floors,Very over priced for the unit we had, the pictures show a beautiful view of the ocean this unit did NOT have! The unit was dirty and moldy they tried to cover it up with fabulouso cleaner.

Property was close to beach but was not kept very clean. Elevator was broke the entire time we were there. Front desk was friendly. Room was ok with a tiny tv for the room bathroom was not clean. We never had maid service on our 3 day stay so it was quite sandy when we checked our.

Very nice condo, clean, updated decor. Patio over looks parking lot and you can see the pool. Very close walking distance to beach. The laundry was in this building and we did use it, nice to have it close. Service is excellent. Office staff so sweet! The back patio door wouldn’t lock and maintenance came over right away and fixed it. Housekeeping knocked everyday and asked if we needed anything. We have been to Beachgate several times and love it!

The 2 bedroom condo was very clean, spacious, updated and it had a good view of the ocean! We also had a space in the garage for our car! It was a short walk to the beach and very convenient! Since we are a family of 6, it was the perfect size for us!
