Stylish Villa Rosinas with Stunning Mountain, Sea & Village views near Competa

This extremely modern recently renovated Villa Rosinas is located in the mountains, whilst being secluded and having amazing views you are still very close to everything this region offers.

Comfortable large accommodation, private location, no immediate neighbours you will be down a concrete track with your own gated drive and parking area.

A tranquil and quiet location, with virtually no traffic sounds. The main road cannot be heard from this villa. The villa has southerly and westerly facing terraces and pool to give you the maximum sunlight and some of the best sunsets to be seen in this region.

The main house has 3 good size bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with Ensuite shower and bathtub. A refurbished modern family shower room. There is also a 4th bedroom in a self contained apartment at Pool level available on request.

We have a large lounge/dining room with views over the valley below. This also has air-conditioning, LED TV with some UK Channels & Free Wifi, a log burner and doorway to the outside dining terrace. There are also books and DVD's for entertainment and a USB speaker/charging point. There are 2 leather sofas and a round dining table that seats 6 people with stunning circular views from the tower like vantage point.

From here you can access the outside dining terrace and then onto the upper garden area. This contains an outside kitchen area with a gas plancha to cook al fresco. There is a turfed area on which we have built a wooden gazeebo with fairy lights and sofas to relax and enjoy your evenings.

We have also provided table tennis for those energetic moments!

The large light and airy master bedroom has a picture window, with blinds & curtains and a set of patios doors opening up onto the dining terrace. A large fitted wardrobe, a safe & chest of drawers and bedside cabinets with Aircon. Attached to this is a good sized en-suite bathroom, which has a bathtub, shower, bidet, toilet, sink and wall cabinet.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed with mattress topper for extra comfort and air-con and fitted wardrobes, views over the mountains and pool.

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with air-con and fitted wardrobes, views over the mountains and pool.

Opposite these bedrooms is a family bathroom with shower.

The lower floor of the villa which is listed as the Bedroom 4, is actually a studio apartment for 2 people, with its own kitchenette and en-suite shower room, this is available on request if your family require the extra space. You will need to express your interest in using this area prior to booking and we can make it available for your use. This apartment is not rented separately so you will have privacy!

The large swimming pool and gardens are for you own private use during your stay and will not be shared. The pool area is fenced and secure to protect children from accidents.

The swimming pool is approx 8m x 4m, so a great size to catch up on that all essential swimming practice. The pool terrace has the most amazing views over the mountains and a perfect place to relax in peace and harmony.
We have provided parasols for your use during your shade as this terrace has full sun all afternoon.

The villa is approximately 20km from the nearest beach (30 minutes drive)

The village of Competa is only 3 km away and has many bars, shops and restaurants. There is also a daily bus from Competa to the coast and Malaga.

We are approximately 50minutea drive from Malaga airport.

Check-in is only available between 16:00 & 20:00. So please ensure that you have allowed these times when making your travel arrangements.
