Windy Ridge - Three Bedroom House, Sleeps 6

Lovely detached house, with great garden, parking for up to three cars on the driveway.  A short walk from the shops and Inns in the small historical town of Colyton and nearby River Coly.  Windy Ridge has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside from the rear garden and some rooms in the house, a great place to relax and unwind.
Accommodation: Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, two double and one bunk room.
Ground Floor: Living Room: comfortable seating and woodburner. Views to garden and countryside. Kitchen: Bright with electric hob & oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Boot Room: Storage for walking gear, boots etc. Small W.C., washing machine & tumble dryer.
First Floor: Bedroom 1: Double Bedroom 2: Double Bedroom 3: Bunk room
Bathroom: Bath with shower over. (please ensure that the bathroom door is closed when showering as the steam will set off the alarm).
Fuel: Gas central Heating
Wifi: Included
Bed Linen & Towels: Included (please bring your own beach towels).
Outside: Lovely garden including decked area with seating for 6, views over to the countryside.  PLEASE NOTE GARDEN STUDIO IS NOT FOR GUESTS USE.
Parking: Driveway for up to 3 cars.
Pets: One dog only, to be kept downstairs only please.

Short break in Colyton
Property was beautifully clean and felt comfortable and welcoming. The scones and cream welcome pack was much appreciated and the bag of dog treats was a lovely surprise. The garden was secure and good size for our dog. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay there again.
