“Can not believe there was no hot water”

The hotel was great the problem was the city itself lost there gas line the night before and so there was limited places to eat, no hot water. Was warned before we even checked in on the water situation. No big deal. Friend and I had a great time in the town using styrofoam plates( in a AppleBees), had styrofoam cups, and platic silverware. Knew they were south of Richmond but not that south.

“employees were great”

The outside of the hotel was well maintained. However, I thought the inside of the rooms could use an upgrade. The best thing about the hotel was that the front desk people were so pleasant and friendly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

“NOT IMPRESSED”

NO SHOWER CURTAIN IN BATHROOM, FLOOR NOT VACCUMED, NO LIGHT BULB IN A COUPLE LAMPS.

“Inside a wooden barrel”

The room was like a wooden barrel making sound at every step you made .The a/c was noisy like a factory, shutting off and switching on at every 2 minutes interval.The so called free break fast was not worth going any where near.

“Wish I had known ahead of time”

Poorly maintained and in need of an overhaul.

Very disappointed with our room. Will not stay there again.

“Bad Hotel Stay”

The hotel staff was not friendly. The room was unclean and we found a bug in the sheets. The continental breakfast was advertised as extensive but was minimal and very unappetizing. The fruit was bad and breakfast selection quite poor.
