The breakfast room monitor needs some customer service training. We ate breakfast twice at the hotel and each time there was an incident. The first we had taken a far corner table and was eating and doing some work on my laptop. Promptly at 9;00 she turned out the lights on us. The second we were eating and watching tv and she turned off the tv at 9;00 while we were still finishing up. This was rude and uncalled for, We acknowledge that 9;00 is the stated end time but there was no need for either of these actions as we were not preventing her from completing her tasks which could have started at 9:00 without interference from us.
