“Marina”
I wish to stay in "Days Inn" next time. Price is right for the services.
“Nothing special”
We booked through expedia and couldn't upgrade in person. The place had some bad reviews on another site but we found it average. Nothing bad, nothing out standing. We would stay there again if we had to.
“Not impressed at all..........”
reserved 2 rooms with king size beds....when we arrived, they said they were oversold on kings so we had to take rooms with queens. We could hardly get into the rooms, the doors wouldn't open....they were stuck .....my husband had to use all his strength to open them. In the morning, there was no decaffeinated coffee for those of us who can't have caffein and a very skimpy selection and amount for breakfast. The gal who was there very early in the morning (before 7;30am) was not pleasant at all.
“Disappointed”
The staff were OK, but not very friendly or helpful. Wireless internet only available in the lobby, which is very inconvenient. Room was clean, but didn't look well maintained. The hotel is in a older commercial area, not close to main arteries. I got a good discount thru Expedia, but I was expecting more. Only stayed one night, then found something else.
“Not Recommended”
Although the room itself was clean and comfortable enough, this Days Inn seemed more like a low end residence hotel. Many of the residents were "hanging out" day and night in the parking lot, on the balconies, on the stairs, etc. It may have been because so many were smokers and needed to be outside the room to smoke. The non-smoking room smelled as if it had previously been a smoking room. We had to ask one group to take the party inside their room when they were still drinking, smoking, and talking loudly on the balcony after midnight. Another group had a tail gate party in the parking lot with lawn chairs and BBQ set up. One person even waited by my car door when I returned to ask if I had anything he could drink. There were also several tractor-trailers stored in the back parking lot that really seemed inappropriate for a hotel.
“Horrible Hotel”
Very small room, horrible location of town, would not recommend to anyone
“not at all satisfied”
i will never go back to that hotel.. it was nasty , the hotel staff were extremely rude.. told me they would help me when they get time.. half of the things inside the hotel room didn't work..
“Only if you have no where else to sleep.”
I do not recommend this Hotel. The facility was run-down and stains on the furniture. We arrived around midnight so we did not have much of a choice.
“CHEAP FOR A REASON”
I would not recommend this hotel. Our room had a mysterious red stain above the bed which closely resembled blood splatter. I’m not a CSI so I can’t say that’s definitely what it was, but I can’t think of many things that would leave a red pattern on the ceiling and wall like the one in our room. Our TV remote didn’t operate the TV and the buttons on the TV wouldn't change the channel, so I was stuck watching CNN. Not a big deal, but when they advertise free cable it would be nice to be able to watch more than one channel. Room had a musty smell, toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, and some tiles were broken and/or missing. The staff was nice during check in/out. You get what you pay for, but in this case, I think I overpaid.
“Don't choose this one”
The wallpaper in the room was cracked and peeling. The carpets were filthy with "things" clumped and stuck to them. I slept in my clothes because the linen was dirty. The furniture was warped and the chairs were filthy. The tv. Lets talk about the tv. Every other channel was blurry. I have stayed at Days Inn before and this was below average to say the least.
