"Our family vacation getaway couldn't have been more perfect, thanks to this rental. The closet filled with beach amenities like chairs and umbrellas and the beach itself was a treasure trove of beautiful shells. We highly recommend bringing or buying kites from the Zon – our 17yo had a blast with his stingray kite, while the younger ones adored their octopus and squid kites. "The condo is extremely clean and looks newly renovated. This is our second time staying at the property and I would definitely come back. Heated pool and hot tub were a nice bonus for the cooler weather."

"Pros- Great location to the beach and Cape Canaveral. Condo is in slightly above average condition. Owner provides basic essentials for cooking and cleaning. Which is a plus. (The pictures of the condo look better online than the facility does in person.) It's a decent rented beach condo. Cons- -The property did have a slight mold smell. Family had allergy flare ups -The community pool is small for the size of the community. "

"We had a brief stay. A very nice young man was so helpful. Our room had been remodeled and was very nice. Breakfast was wonderful. Transportation was provided to cruise port. The hotel was in the middle of reno and unfortunately the elevator stopped working and we had to drag our luggage thru the construction. Would still recommend. "
