This is an older property and in need of some repairs. That aside, it is very convenient, (walkable distance) for all Cocoa Beach attractions.

Elevator was broken. Third floor was trashy and we had to kick our door to get in the room.

Very welcoming and accommodating. Michael at the front desk gave us great suggestions for dinner. We were also impressed with the two young men who multitasked with a smile to help with luggage and later mopped the entry floors. The young lady in the breakfast area was very helpful, ran an efficient service, and was very pleasant. Granted, the elevator as not in service, but we were given a lovely remodeled, ADA compliant, room on the 1st floor.

I paid extra for this hotel compared to others around without knowing the area. It looked nice in the pictures! Shortly after we arrived our door handle fell off, locking my husband in the room and he couldn’t get out. Then our key card stopped working but we couldn’t get that fixed because they were too busy with assisting others because the elevator was broken. We were on the 4th floor and had to carry our luggage down the stairs to check out. It was chaotic with two kids. Only good thing was the breakfast and the room was decent.

The floor we were on was under construction and edge of doors and floor were gutted and looked bad. The door of our room had nail fall off and felt not very safe. No safe in the room. Elevator was not working the whole time we were there and we had to carry our suitcases up and down the stairs. Room was clean and good. Pool was way smaller than how the picture on the site shows. It’s a typical holiday inn facility but when you paid $300 a night, it was very disappointing.

Close to Publix, Mexican & Chinese restaurant. Others across the street. The room was nice enough except the bath tub. Dirty looked like had been repaired. A patch job. Needs replaced. They were remodeling up stairs. Elevator broke. Had to carry luggage up stairs. There was no one at front desk when arrived. 15-20 minutes. He finally came out the bathroom. He was crippled on crushes.

Elevator out of service, only half the room cleaned and only one bed made, bathroom in very poor condition - a hole in the bathtub and in the ceiling. Long wait to check in as only one staff person. Very uncomfortable bed - felt like sleeping on a wooden plank. Will never stay here again.

The safety concerns were outrageous. My door handle was hanging on for dear life. The deadbolt lock was damaged. There was a 1inch gap under my door leading into the hallway. I could hear every word of the conversations from the room next door. So much so that I had to sleep with earplugs. The 1 elevator they had was out of order so all luggage had to be lugged up multiple flights of stairs. Staff was great, but overall, aweful!

Friendly staff everyone front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, continential breakfast worker went above and beyond at all shifts to make the stay wonderful. We loved this Hotel and because of the wonderful staff continue to use this Hotel. Please mKe sure the person who was responsible for the daily free breakfast a raise or recognition he did an outstanding job keeping the breakfast stocked and very nice and clean. He was a very good impression of a dedicated worker.

This property is very conveniently placed to be able to walk to many surrounding restaurants, stores, and the pier. The property is undergoing upgrades and still needs some upgrades done to the rooms. Overall would recommend and would stay here again.

This property is currently undergoing renovations. This something out of their control however I’m not sure we would have booked here. The staff were quick to check us in and very friendly and The breakfast was excellent. Our room was dated but clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall it served its purpose

Was discriminated against because we live in Brevard County and we were told that you don’t allow local people to stay at your hotel. Straight discrimination and lack of respect for local residents having a nice night’s getaway
