"I loved my stay here. My host and landlord, Gary, was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable with a fantastic power shower and comfy bed for the night. The dining was wonderful and of an extremely high standard both with the quality of the food and the speed of service which was fantastically prompt. "It was my partners birthday and we had an amazing time. We stayed in the Coach House with a hot tub which was a real luxury. We also had a meal in the Bay Tree Restaurant which was outstanding !"

"Myself and my partner stayed for 2 nights, on the first night with were arriving at 8.10pm just after the kitchen normally closes. We rang up and nothing was too much trouble, we preordered over the phone and they held off on preparing our meal until we arrived. Food was amazing and we had a lovely few drinks in the pub which has such a warm atmosphere. Our room was lovely, we particularly enjoyed the log burner, and was a great size. A great stay, we would definitely come again! "

"Overall a very satisfactory experience. Excellent food- friendly and helpful staff. Room fine and very clean but very inadequte shower was a disappointment as was non functioning electric towel rail in bathroom. Very nice to see the bar being used and obviously enjoyed by local people. "

"The food is lovely and the personal great. Servicing of the bedrooms is ‘if you want it, not the norm’. It would be advantageous to change this. Slept well in the comfy bed and liked being close to all village amenities and lovely walks nearby. "

"Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou"
