Enjoyed Mowbray Court so much Ive booked for another 4 nights next week. Staff are friendly, helpful and absolute pleasure to deal with. Facilities are excellent and superb location. Highly recommend

We stayed here for 8 days. The Baglioni is in a perfect area for exploring London while also quiet - it’s right next to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. The largest Whole Foods in London is 5 minutes away along with any other shop you might need on Kensington High Street. The included breakfast is a great value. The staff are excellent and helpful. Note that only suites have a park or street view - other rooms look into a courtyard which is very quiet. The spa and gym looked pretty good though we didn’t use them. Buses and underground stations are very close to get around easily. Plus several of the main museums are walking distance.

One woman at the front desk was most helpful in finding a restaurant, getting us directions and securing a cab for our flight home. Very friendly and helpful! We received a call when the cab arrived early and an inquiry about help with luggage. Check in was efficient but required me to retrieve my suitcase to produce my passport as identification.

Room was clean, though quite small. Mattress was soft and should be replaced. Great location, within 3 minute walk to tube station
