"Traveled from SC. Stayed there for 4 nights we came up for a family member funeral. Not enough handicap parking spaces. Cleanness of the room was not I expected. Durning our stay no one never came in to tidy up the room nor was the waste basket emptied from the room. We had to go and get towels and wash cloths for the room. We are accustomed to staying in places wear as a paying customer our basic needs are met! We did observe a housekeeping cart in the hallway, we express to the young lady at the front desk only thing she ask when we return to the room was, she asked us Sir what room were y'all in? We told her and my husband response was maybe they will clean it tomorrow however tomorrow didn't come!!!!! It was time to leave and the room was neverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! cleaned. I Would not ever recommend this establishment to any one!"

"Our room was clean, which is about the only positive I can say. The neighborhood is very industrial, sometimes scary. The hotel is right next to a cannabis facility. One of the elevators didn't work the whole weekend. The wait was about 8 minutes in the morning to try to get to the lobby with the one existing elevator The advertised pool has been filled in. Our blinds were broken and didn't roll down. The tv didn't work, and we were told there was nothing that could be done. The bathroom had a huge chip in the vanity. The shower continually switched back to running bath water. Breakfast was available, but abysmal. The entire facility needs an update inside. The bottom floor has been done and is very nice, but the rest of the facility is in pretty rough shape."

"Very nice place, overall. New and new construction nearby (dust); they’re still ironing-out some kinks, but cute cottages, clean, nicely styled and furnished with great outdoor amenities. Staff are friendly and welcoming, but still getting into a groove. Once the final details are squared-away, will be Excellent!"

"Def not up to the Marriott Bonvoy brand. These aren’t cabins - they’re tiny homes/mobile homes. They are super small. Mine didn’t have AC and it was a hot muggy weekend. In town for a funeral and the room has no hair dryer, no mirror - at all nevermind a full length, no closet and no bathroom sink, - you have to use the mini kitchen sink. The bathroom was a plastic insert like a bad motel. Unless you really want to camp I would not recommend. Looks cute but was a challenge for someone attending an event. We also had to beg for an extra hour of late checkout despite two of us being longtime Bonvoy members. Just not a great frequent traveler experience."

"I've stayed at this location many times, and I'll keep coming back, because it's possibly the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed at, especially in the last fifteen years of having to rely on hotels for an overnight work schedule in the Hamptons."
