“Great hotel”

We stayed at the Renaissance Cleveland for three days the weekend before Christmas to visit family. The hotel was elegant and extremely welol-maintained; the service was excellent. Our deluxe room was perfect for us (two adults, one ten-year old) and relaxing and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. The breaksfasts at the Brasserie were fine. We did feel, however, that the room service should not be separate from the Brasserie's services; case in point: the Starbucks coffee in the Brasserie is terrific, very strong and rich; from room service the breaksfast coffee was typical on-the-road coffee, weak. One other thing--not having to do with the hotel--but do be prepared, that on the weekends, downtown Cleveland is quite devoid of people, action, etc, perhaps other than Tower City, next door, which has gone down in quality, or at nearby sporting events at Quicken Arena or Browns Stadium. Other than these points, it was a great stay and I would go back and highly recomment it to others.

“I Shall Return”

Great stay with world class charm. We were there for the Browns/Seahawks game and had a great time (Go Browns!!!). I hope to stay here again and enjoy the best breakfast on the planet.

“Stay here to see the Cavs”

We traveled from Pittsburgh to see a game. I had no idea how convenient it would be to stay there. It was connected to a mall that offered lots of food/restaurant options as well as shopping. The hotel was also connected to the Q Arena via a walkway so no need to go outside in the snow. The hotel overall was beautiful especially the lobby. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough for a family of 4 and the view was awesome. We ordered room service the first night and ate the ravioli that I haven't stopped thinking about! The beds were comfy and the room was quiet. We also took advantage of the pool and work out room which were great too. We will definately go back.

“Will go back for my next stay in Cleveland.”

We went to a Browns game and the hotel was within walking distance to the stadium as well as the main strips where all the bars were. Service of the employees was wonderful. The hotel itself was beautiful and easily the classiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The room itself was small but we didn't plan on spending that much time there so it worked for us. Tried to watch football games at night but was missing several channels. The beds were extrememly confortable. No refrigerater was kind of a damper so bring a cooler for anything you want to keep cold.

“We can't wait to come back”

The hotel was fabulous! The location was perfect for us. The staff went above and beyond. My only suggestion would be to have small refridgerators in the rooms.

“Lots of fun”

We went to an Indians game and stayed here. The bar was great and the bartender even gave us her recipe of their house drink. Staff was very friendly.

“very nice hotel”

Hotel was very nice but the only thing is that the rooms show some wear and tear. We liked the access from the airport to the hotel thru the train and the close shopping in tower city.
