“Nice hotel.. Would stay there again”
Everything was nice. Would stay there again
“Cleveland rocks”
Place was nice but could have used dumbbells and a bench in the fitness room
“Clean, Nice Pool, Convenient, Great Deal”
The hotel and our room were clean. The pool area was very nice and clean. The service was friendly and helpful and the location convenient, as we walked to Wolstein Center. It was a great deal and very nice for this level of hotel.
“It wasn't worth the price, i have stayed at cheep hotels that i liked better.”
I figured for the price it would have been a better hotel. It was clean and quit, but thats about it. The swimming pool was ok, but pretty small. The bed was really uncomfortable. I made a pot of coffee after i woke up and it tasted like it had gone bad. I went downstairs to see if there was any in the lobby, but the only coffee they had you had to pay for. I was excited to have a gym to work out in in the morning, but when i got there i thought it was some sort of joke. It was the size of a closet. I couldn't believe that a hotel that big only had a gym that could comfortable hold three or four people. Over all i was pretty disappointed and wished i would have stayed at one of the cheeper hotels because at least they would have free coffee and free breakfast.
“It's ok, but didn't expect much in Cleveland”
When comparing to Boston and Chicago hotels it isn't of that standard, but for the money it was perfectly fine and right by Progressive Field for the baseball. The hotel bar was decent along with the food, but for breakfast it was buffet or nothing, which thought was very limited. Free net, but some of the things didn't work. They did however offer a free bus to take us wherever we needed to go within a mile, that was great for going places. At the end of the day if you are going to watch some sport it will do ya fine. Virtually everyone there was watching the Dolphins or the Twins...
“A Very nice place would definitely go back”
A great place to stay, would go back, everyone one was friendly
“More than I expected”
The hotel had a complementary van that allowed you to get dropped off and picked up around downtown. Beat trying to find where you wanted to go and pay to park and parked the car there for two nights and felt the car was safe the whole time it was parked there. Overall was impressed with the hotel and would stay there again.
“great location.”
close to ball field would go back.
“Some of the friendliest staff ever. Great experience, wonderful food!”
The hotel was clean and well appointed. Staff were so friendly. We walked everywhere downtown from the location. The restaurant food was amazing. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn
“Great stay in Cleveland”
Great hotel for a stay in Cleveland. Clean, comfortable and the staff was very attentive and helpful. Hotel is right across the street from Progressive Field. Short drive to Rock and Roll HOF and Browns Stadium.
