Had the worst nights sleep in cabin as bed must have been very old and very saggy - due to my husband having a bad back we phoned to request a firm bed …..we were given totally the opposite unfortunately.

Cabin was clean, tidy and well equipped. However the furniture is tired, and the bathroom could do we a makeover. Mattress on the bed sags and should be replaced.

Being in town for a wedding it was expensive to stay over a long weekend especially having to book for a minimum of 3 nights. The photos of the rooms on the website look nothing like the reality that was the bleak, dreary looking cabin we were in. Considering how many people were staying at the park it was surprisingly quiet overnight.

Excellent Park For Any Type of Stay
We had an excellent stay. Initially we had a problem with the Cabin we booked and after discussion with Management we were upgraded to a Deluxe Cabin in recognition of the faulty Cabin. Management could not have been more accommodating. The Premises were very clean and well maintained and had all facilities needed to make a stay of any kind memorable, comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend Discovery Parks - Clare for a short or long stay.

The cabin we stayed in had a myriad of maintenance issues. Possible health issues with mouldy air conditioners and flakey MDF on most of the cupboards. Very expensive for the quality.

The park was very kid friendly, a second pool would be awesome and a playground near the bike track instead of on the other side of cabins would be good that way everything for kids would be together and it would get a lot more use. other than that we had wonderful time. And will be returning regularly 😀

Clean and tidy property, the only issue was the kitchen sink (no hot water and loose fitting) Basketball net was broken and needed replacing Frypan didn’t have the correct power cord so couldn’t use
