“Safe Area!!!!!”

My family and I stayed at the Casa Grande Hotel in Ciudad Juarez Mexico for more than two weeks. Our stay was a pleasant one. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of staying in Ciudad Juarez either for business or leisure.

“Great Hotel”

The hotel was very clean and maintained, however the staff's hospitality really made our stay special.

when we arrived the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. they answered all of our questions and even envited us to have a bite to eat of what the kitchen left them. it was clean and roomy. the food service was the best!!

We initially intended to stay only for a week. After a week we extended our stay for a few more days. The hotel is very clean. Our room was cleaned everyday and our housekeeper was awesome. Very nice staff. The location was great. Mini Mart, Hair Salon, Grocery Store, Money Exchange Office and many more shops across the street. Really enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend it.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel features a nice restaurant and bar and the food was good and plentiful I will be returning this next week.

This is a very nice place to stay in Juarez. We have stayed in several hotels in Juarez, monthly, for the past 2 years. The staff does speak english quite well. The hotel is clean and has a nice restaurant. No complaints.

“staff training needed”

Upon arrival we were asked to open a tab to cover expenses like breakfast, bottled water, etc. and did so. They couldn't figure out how to activate our key and had maintenance let us into our room - they said they would send up the key in a little bit. The key never came and the lights do not work without the key. The first room we went to had dirty bedding so they switched our rooms. Three hours after arrival we went to see about our key and the person at the front still couldn't figure out how to use the activation machine. He found someone to help him so we got our key. When we had breakfast in the morning, there was big confusion about pay. They didn't record that we had an open credit on account so the restaurant charged us seperately from that. Same with the bottled water. We made sure they found our credit to close the open account as it was charged to our credit card yet wasn't available for what we opened it for. They did find it and credit it properly. It seems the front desk staff would benefit from additional training to properly manage the client needs.

“Looks a more luxurious than it is...”

The photos make it look nicer than it is. For example the pool was very small, next to the parking lot, and drained! However, it was clean and the staff was attentive. Free shulttle that runs in the day to take you about the town--that was awesome!

“good hotel for the price”

good hotel for the price, and I felt safe. Food was overpriced, but it allowed us to not leave the hotel unless necessary.
