They will cancel your reservation and never notify you. Therefore, you will show up expecting to check in and have to find a new hotel without any warnings. I’ll never go back and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from them. To make matters worse, I’m disabled and they said it was because I needed a room that was accessible. I feel that, if they could not provide that room, they had a duty under the very nature of what the hospitality industry is and implies to notify me in a timely manner so that I could make other arrangements. Instead, we were 250 miles from home and trying to find another hotel in snow and freezing conditions. Very displeased with their service and staff. Only one of their staff members is worth keeping.
