Light was out in the bathroom. I called, they said they'd take care of it. They didn't. No plastic cups, only 1 set of towels. Terrible blanket. TV had 6 channels.

Checked out within 20 minutes of checking in. No blankets on bed, just one thin white sheet. No pillows on bed, when I found them no pillow cases on them. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Burn marks all over bathroom counter. Bed bug in shower curtain. Evidence of people "living" there as cars in parking lot had flat tires. Overall didn't feel safe. There is a reason this was the cheapest hotel in the area. DO NOT stay here. Young woman at the front desk was super nice.

They will cancel your reservation and never notify you. Therefore, you will show up expecting to check in and have to find a new hotel without any warnings. I’ll never go back and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from them. To make matters worse, I’m disabled and they said it was because I needed a room that was accessible. I feel that, if they could not provide that room, they had a duty under the very nature of what the hospitality industry is and implies to notify me in a timely manner so that I could make other arrangements. Instead, we were 250 miles from home and trying to find another hotel in snow and freezing conditions. Very displeased with their service and staff. Only one of their staff members is worth keeping.

It was dirty stains everywhere and the refrigerator was rusted in the inside. It was very loud a lot of drug activity going on. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all

The night shift girl was super nice but that’s where the positive ends. I woke up at 2 am to use the restroom and when I turned on the bathroom light, there were bugs crawling everywhere! I killed at least a dozen. Then of course, I couldn’t sleep the rest of the night because I was afraid the bugs would be crawling on the bed or my things. No one was available to answer the phone about any of it. It was disgusting and horrible.

The rooms were very dirty, 2 cockroaches in the room, bathroom & kitchen area dirty, no trash receptacles in the room. At least there was clean sheets & towels. Another guest was complaining to the only person there, the maintenance guy stating his sheets were dirty as well as the rest of the room. This place should be closed down.

Clean the rooms before renting them out
The floor was filthy, it hadn't been mopped and there were roaches in the room. I went to use and the restroom and toilet overflowed. The bathroom door had holes in it.

Will not stay here ever again was not happy. The furniture should have been remove if broken. The fridge had moled on it. No towels were in the room. I stripped the bef to make sure there were no bed bugs and it wasn't. But i was not comfortable staying there.

First impression was dirty parking lot and lobby/office. The room should’ve come with a can of bug spray. Cockroaches and bedbugs. I bagged everything and left on my back porch when I got home and I’m still worried that wasn’t good enough
