“Extended Stay America are the best”

We have stayed at Extended Stay America in several different states and have had nothing but good to say about them . They are clean Quiet and affordable. They always accomadate you with a no smoking room even after you have made your booking. Every time we travel we hope to get one of theirs. Way to go Extended Stay America.

“Would visit there again.”

The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and in good order. We will go back there next time we are in town.

“Nice but ...”

The office staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The housekeeping is once per week which is good for longer stays but in this case trash was not emptied and items not replaced. With better housekeeping I would highly recommend this location but until then ???

“It was OK.”

It was a small but clean unit. The receptionist was not particularly friendly. There were no extra pillows and we had to ask for ashtrays for our "smoking" room.

“Hotel was Ok”

Hotel was Ok...A lot of things were outdated like the microwave and tv.. I had to get up and change the channels on the tv. I guess the batteries were expired.

“Not To Impressed”

This hotel was ok, but problaby wouldn't stay again. I paid for myself, spouse, and 1 child to stay. The room only had two pillows and I didn't request amount one because I figured they would charge for it. The room didn't have a hotel directory or map. I tried several times to call front desk, to see what the pool hours were, but the phone kept ringing busy. I then called their number, like I wasn't a guest, they answered then. The dishes they provide in the room weren't very clean. The room was in good shape, clean and comfortable, but they need to work on the service they provide.

“this place stinks!”

This hotel offers no elevator, which would have been convenient for our 3rd floor room. There was a coffee pot set out for guests, but the coffe was cold. The styrofoam cups had a dead bug on the stack. When we first checked in, out room smelled like it had just been sprayed with a very strong air freshener, but by morning the distinct odor of urine was inescapable!

“Not impressed”

The room stunk. I know that it was a smoking room, but it stunk. The smoke smell was so bad I almost didnt even have to smoke. There was a bug in the light fixture that kept flapping around. There were white stains on the chairs. I only got one towel. There was no "do not disturb" sign. I called, and they told me the pool would be open until after labor day. I was there BEFORE labor day, and the pool was already padlocked. The tv was older than I am.

“Extended Stay Boarding House”

There is an extra fee to make up your room each day. Although free, daily refreshed towels and wash cloths are only upon request. While the Office Manager was friendly, she was dog-sitting and promoting the sale of puppies when we arrived. The mattress was hard. The window curtains located above the heater/air conditioner flew open when the heater was on low. There was no elevator and we were staying on the 3rd floor. The floor in the bathroom was buckling due to water damage. No complimentary shampoo or conditioner in the bathrooms only complimentary bar soap.

“Not a place to take Mom.”

The check in and out staff was very helpful and nice. The room cleanliness and the barking and howling dogs next door were very disappointing. Thank you to the staff.
