“Not impressed”

The rate I received was good, but the hotel was not. The TV didn't work for the first day and neither did the outlets on one wall. When I took a shower the smoke alarm went off and forced me to have the air conditioning on in order to silence it. The sink drain smelled like a sewer and the bathtub was a little disgusting. The "continental breakfast" consisted of some dry cereal and milk....and a bagel if you were lucky. Overall...not impressed...luckily we didn't have to stay in the room very long.

Safe not attached to wall, Poor lighting in bathroom, Ceiling leak in bathroom, bathroom sink pulled out from wall, sink molding coming off, Broken drawers, Broken TV's, Unsecured Doors

The hotel was dirty and dated. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. I was so thankful that we only had to stay there the one night!

This hotel is not what it once was. There are other much better hotels nearby. The location is not bad, and there are good restaurants available. The staff was friendly enough, but I do not like to find mold in the bathroom and around the sink. I like faucets that are in good repair.

I thought for a days inn it was going to be a pretty decent hotel, however the condition of the hotel was disappointing. The rate was pretty cheap, however the room was very outdated and needs some work. I wont get into specifics, but if you don't mind an older hotel with alot of eyesores and a really cheap price for cincinnati, this is for you.

I'd requested a non-smoking room. I open the door to my room and the smell of old smoke hits me in the face. The head board of one of the beds was leaning against the wall. There were holes over the bed where it had been. In the bathroom the vent was missing and stuffed with what looked like toilet paper. There was a 12 in by 12 in patch on the wall by the door. I rode the dirty elevator down to the lobby and told them I'd asked for a non smoking room. I was told that is a non smoking room. I invited the person to come and smell for herself. She gave me another non smoking room. This room was a little better. But the smell of smoke was still evident. When I opened the curtains there were cigarette ashes on the air conditioner unit. So much for non smoking rooms. The tv had no remote, I asked for one, was given one with new batteries that didn't work. Both beds had headboards, but one bed was just box springs and a mattress on the floor. I useds fabreeze to counteract the smell, when I left 5 days later it smelled less smokey. I will never choose a Days Inn again. I chose the lower priced hotel, thinking I was just going to be there to sleep, so I didn't need anything fancy. This was much less than fancy. It was pretty bad.

“MY WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF 2009”

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WORKS. THE NON-SMOKING ROOMS WAS SMELLING OF BEER AND CIGARS AFTER A THIRD ROOM CHANGE. THE BEDSHEETS HAD BLOOD STAINS. THE TV RECEPTIONS WAS HORRIBLE WITH NOISES. NO INTERNET SERVICES. NO HEAT DURING WINTER. RECEPTIONIST WAS JACK-OF-ALL-TRADE, AND IN CHARGE OF IT ALL. YOU ARE LATE FOR BREAKFAST AT 0800AM? NO COFFEE OR DRINK MACHINE WORKING. YOU HAVE TO BE TECHNICAL WITH THE BATH-TUB TO GET HOT WATER.

This Hotel has a bar, that obviously locals attend on the outside of the hotel very limited parking, was very loud and people were everywhere. When arriving to our room it was very dirty the remote did not work at all, something was wrong with the tv, looked like a hole had been punched in the bathroom door and it had been repaired with drywall but not painted, also my 4 year old son found half of an opened beer under the edge of one of the beds
