"I had an unexpected trip out to Cincinnati because my elderly mother went to a trip and got sick and I had to fly out to get her. I took her to stay at this hotel for a day and a half while we waited for our flight to fly out, she rested recuperated and we went downstairs to the restaurant whenever we needed to eat it was absolutely lovely. It was a beautiful place to stay and we were so grateful for how kind and caring everyone on the staff was."

"Staff was great! However, the hot water heater broke when I arrived so I was unable to take a warm shower the next morning. It happens but it did throw some cold water on my stay. Room was clean too!"

"Great experience!! My family and I enjoyed our cozy clean room. The beds were super comfortable. Shuttle took us to kings Island and when I called at 10pm for pick up they had the shuttle there within 5 minutes later to get us. Very friendly staff. Also, they have good selection for breakfast!! Definitely 10/10 experience ❤️"

"My wife and I always stay here when we come to Cincinnati. It's affordable, convenient, and reliable. Could be nicer, but I'm content with the lower rates and that I'll always have breakfast included."

"Overall, this is a good property. The rooms and public spaces were clean. There is wear and tear with the furniture, but that’s to be expected. The breakfast was general ok, but they were super short staffed, and the egg line as out the door. This was due to having one person running that station. Parking is ample, but the spaces in the garage are very narrow. Expect to pay per day for parking. Access to downtown via walking is fantastic, and recommend upgrading to a river view room. The view is fantastic."

"Staff was friendly and very helpful. When we needed a change in pillows they responded quickly and hassle free. Breakfast was well stocked and offered different options each day. Really liked the fresh coffee brewing stations available 24 hours a day. Close to nice restaurant options on main plaza in Covington. Our room was comfortable and we were able to rest undisturbed. Would recommend a stay here when traveling to Cincinnati."
