The room was not clean properly door dirty. Hair in the shower tub and they didn't vaccum all the dirt was piles up. Bathroom needs work. You can hear everything!! The room next door was loud and the door was being open all night we can hear the squeaky noise very loud from their door. We didn't sleep well and it's our first and last time staying there.

The room we stayed in was a bit dirty and the bathroom shower was leaking and rusted. I asked for towels and the front desk said they would bring me the towels but they never did.

I booked this hotel for my mother her in law who did not speak English and they refused to help her find a taxi to get to the airport. This was not helpful and is terrible customer service. The only reason to stay here is because it’s close to the border.

It was real bad. Bath shower was rusty and the floor was dirty. Carpet was bad and smelling. This was room 116 on ground floor. I called reception to give a diff room and they said nothing available. Furniture had all scratches. Will never book again.
