Studio & Hot Tub Getaway

Relax & get away from it all in this stylish & cosy studio, with its own private outdoor space & hot tub. Located in Mudeford Dorset the studio is situated adjacent to the main house but has been separated to offer privacy to guests & has its own private entrance. Well equipped for a relaxing break with king size bed, Smart TV & a wonderful en-suite. The award winning beaches at Mudeford & the historic town of Christchurch are on the doorstep. The New Forest is a short 15 min drive.

The studio is based in our garden, you have a fenced off path and seating area for two, with a garden table, and private hot tub. The studio is well equipped and has all you need for a short stay. The bed is a 2000 spring medium mattress with luxury comfort.
We occasionally need access to our shed via the path, but otherwise you have visual privacy all round. We are respectful and relaxed neighbours, we use our garden every day, occasionally with our grandchildren at weekend


The studio is located just a 20 min walk or 5 min drive from the Sandy Avon Beach Mudeford & Mudeford Quay with its beach level car park. Known locally for its stunning sunsets and suitability for watersports such as kayaking & SUP due to the shallow and calm waters, these sports & equipment can be booked at Mudeford Quay. There is a wide open grassy area for picnics / family games as well as an array of local wildlife in this beautiful. protected area such as swans, egrets, etc.. Sailing trips & family fishing trips can also be booked from Mudeford Quay.

The historic town of Christchurch with the magnificent Christchurch Priory, reputed to be the longest church in England and built in the 11th century, is open for visiting. Christchurch Harbour is a beautiful and scenic area and is a SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest) and is ideal for birdwatching, river boat trips, picnics, walking, grass sports, SUP, kayaking, canoeing.

A short 15 min drive from the studio will take you to The New Forest, a world of idyllic forests, glades & villages where ponies, donkeys, cattle and deer roam freely. There are so many different things to do here from walking / hiking some great forest routes, forest cycling, horse riding, archery, visiting Beaulieu, taking a visit to Lepe Farm or Paultons Park, Or visiting The New Forest Reptile Centire. For the more adventurous The New Forest Water Park offers cable wakeboarding and an inflatable Aquapark.

We live on site and are available for guest enquiries if required. We provide contactless check in via a lock box and do not like to disturb our guests during their stay, unless our help is needed :)


We own 2 cats and a Golden Retriever dog that love humans and are super friendly :) Should you come across any of our delightful fur babies during your stay we politely request that they are not invited in to the studio :) Thank you :))

Perfect mini break
My husband and I booked this studio for our anniversary weekend away. Firstly Amanda was lovely deal with, we had in unwell child and she let us rebook for the following weekend. Getting in and out of the property was easy and we felt very secure and loved the little space and garden. The studio was gorgeous, everything has been well though out and they've really made the most of the space. You really do have everything you need and the bed was beautiful and very comfortable. The town it's self was amazing, we booked the area to make the most of water. We bought our paddleboard and kayake, it was beautiful to paddle around the river, see all the boats and taken in history of the place. We also rented a boat, that was really good fun. There's loads of bars and restaurants. We saw great parks, greens and splash park for kids. It's a great place for couples and family's alike. We will definitely come back.

Does what it says on the tin….
Ideal little well furnished studio for a few days breakaway..owners have thought of a lot of little touches to enhance your stay like shaver plug, hanging rail for dresses etc. Kitchenette adequate for a few days, microwave, toaster, mimi fridge etc but any longer & I would have wanted a hob or oven to make a few meals. That said, it was lovely eating out! Owners were friendly & accommodating & I would recommend this studio apartment.
