At first I was worried. There is no elevator, only stairs. My husband is disabled and has to use a cane. We went ahead and stayed because it was too late to cancel. We were traveling with his band and had musical equipment to carry up and down the stairs. The lady at the desk was very kind and understood. We stayed 3 nights and on the second night she told us there was a room available downstairs if we want it but we declined, we only had one night to go. My husband went down to the car and had the ice bucket. She told him the ice was at the other end of the hotel and there were stairs on that end. Hurting and tired he just said okay, I’ll leave this here and go to the car real quick. She told him to go to the car and she would go get his ice. You couldn’t ask for better service. The rooms were remodeled and very clean. The beds were amazing, one of the most comfortable sleeps we’ve had at a hotel. When we checked out, she said next year when we come to the event, let her know and she would make sure we were downstairs.

We were traveling and needed a place to stop for the night. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room and beds were fine. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The hotel is on a main highway, so it was a little noisy.

When checked in with service dog after a reservation, front desk attendant questioned me about my service dog and after telling him his task he then went on to talk to me passive ggressively about my service dog and how people falsely claim service dogs i had enough and said I will not put up with this and will find another place, and was told i won’t get a refund, even though i didn’t check in. Currently being charged for the evening even though left to avoid confrontation and poor customer service. Never have had any issues in past with any other hotel . Lost my business for future.

Night shift clerk was very helpful. Fine place to stay. Walls are a little thin. We could hear a person snoring in the next room. Clean, good amenities, texas shaped waffles.

I don’t know this cops be rated very good. Checking was fine and the desk clerk was very nice. But in the morning there was no hot water. After ten minutes of letting it warm up I took a chilly shower. The tree is no tub and the shower has no separation from the bathroom. So after my cold shower there was a lake of water on the bathroom floor. I used three of my four towels to mop up the floor. Breakfast consisted of oatmeal, bananas, apples, yogurt, toast, waffles, and coffee - no juices, no eggs, nothing warm but the waffle. Very disappointing.

Property was very clean. Our room looked like it was remodeled. Rooms not too sound proof - can hear muffling of next room neighbors. Overall we were tired enough, it did not bother us. Great place to stay..

Great affordable stay
-They were great to accommodate our request of being in a room on the 1st level since we were traveling with a baby and needed to lug in a bunch of things for him, and there is no elevator. -Room is freshened/updated with new bright airy decorating. Creative covering of window looks like a big modern piece of art -- but it looks so much like art we thought we didn't have a window at first! But we figured it out. :) -The only strange thing I would say is that there are no lamps in the room -- only overhead can lights. But we were able to have low light while the baby slept and we unpacked by turning on the bathroom light and keeping the door open to spill light into the main room to be able to see but not be too bright for the baby. -Room was nice and clean and I heard no road noise from the highway. -They serve fun Texas-shaped waffles at breakfast. -Beds were very comfortable. We were in a room with two queen beds. The one our daughter was on squeaked a bit, but ours did not. Not sure why. Overall, it was a good stay!

Wonderful and friendly staff, and the property was clean and rooms were great. The walls seemed a bit thin and it was right on the highway making things a bit noisy. No elevator for the second floor.

The hotel smelled and looked clean and in great condition. However, the mattress was very hard, no elevator so you have to carry luggage upstairs. The traffic noise is terrible. I would not recommend this hotel.
