Sorry to hear that the hotel had a grease odor. Most likely it was temporary due to someone cooking, which can happen from time-to-time due to each room having a full kitchen. I hope it improved during your stay.

I've entered your information into our lost and found system, so if they show up elsewhere on property, we can match them to your report. We do not offer a breakfast or a swimming pool. The amenities that we provide are listed on all booking sites that take reservations for our hotel.Regarding creepy men circling our parking lot, I hope you alerted the front desk. Nothing like that would be tolerated, and I'd love to hear the description of the incident if you would care to contact me. I'd really like to know what you saw.

We provided a free room for your family member who no longer wanted to use the sofa bed for the two nights that you told us she would be staying. When she decided to stay a third night, we offered her an extreme discount, which she accepted, even though you had moved, on the 2nd evening, to a room with a perfectly fine sofa bed.The interactions with our staff that you describe are simply are false.Congratulations on the graduation of your sailor. It is a true accomplishment to complete the Navy's Boot Camp successfully.
