I was here for work, so didn't spend much time at the hotel. The room was comfortable, but very sparse and didn't fit with the way the rest of the hotel looked. The lounge was great and really like breakfast at Yolk. It's a great area for walking and going out at night.

Loved the hotel staff but seems pricey for what it is. My group felt very welcomed for our weekend stay. The hotel is located in a prime spot area with walkable restaurants and things to do. The rooms were average, if anything a bit dated. I booked a room with two queen beds, and the beds were not queens. That was disappointing. We went to the bar once and the bartender was really nice. For the cost of the room and the destination fee, we expected more. Ok at best.

Linda at the front desk gets a gold star! Her and the gentleman working the parking in the afternoon. We arrived just as a fire broke out at the property next door. Linda and the gentleman helped us secure our car and get our bags in. She spoke to the police to let them know we were guests and couldn’t move our car. They both went above and beyond to help us in a crazy situation.

Hotel front desk did not pick up. Room services was rude. Housekeeping never came after I had call and ask for the room to be clean. The Bar never got out drinks and staff completely ignored us.

I arranged a booking for a client with ambassador status, but regrettably, the hotel provided no hot water in their room, leading to a highly disappointing experience. I was embarrassed. Actually would appreciate a full refund.

New Year Celebration
Great location - easy walking distance to wherever you want to go (theater district, Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier). Friendly staff and updated rooms. Bonus: New Year’s fireworks were launched from the bridge just a few steps out the main entry.

Clean, quiet and very conveniently located. Very courteous and professional staff. Special thanks to Raven who made our check-in experience very smooth, efficient and positive. Made us feel welcome and special. Also, Tim the bartender is EXCELLENT! Linda was so very kind and allowed us to check in early. She even walked by us in the lounge while we were hanging out with friends and enjoying our wine. The door man was also amazing and personable. Great service and sweet man. I wish I knew his name. The male bartender was also a great server letting on top of everyone’s orders throughout our Friday night visit! We will be returning to this hotel the time we are in town. We had a great time!!
