Very nice, clean rooms. The staff was very friendly. There is a restaurant on the property. They are dog friendly!

My room just next to the staff elevator, and the big noise starts early the morning from the elevator.

Overall, this hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed in a queen suite, which was perfect for my needs. The only negative part of the stay was that for the price of the room, breakfast was not included, and the charge was a whopping $14 a day. Needless to say, I didn't eat breakfast, and that was disappointing (and the reason I give 4 stars instead of 5). Otherwise, it was a great hotel.

Sorry you felt the breakfast was too much . the standards are full service Holiday inn . charge for breakfast there are deals with breakfast when you book. express hotels have the breakfast included

Everything about this day was relatively satisfactory. The facility was clean. The staff was helpful. The location is convenient. Only issues I had was the breakfast is a $14 buffet and the shower water was so hot that it literally hurt to touch. Everything else was great.

The property itself was clean, the price we paid for the suite was not worth it when more then half of the jacuzzi jets did not work, the pull out sofa bed had springs poking through the mattress that scraped my child’s leg when she was sleeping. I asked for a replacement mattress for the second night as I was booked and already paid for two nights in the suite but was told they did not have one so my children slept on the floor. I asked for a discounted rate for my child’s injury and was told no that they would give me points towards my stay. The price for the breakfast was not worth it either not many options and it’s the same breakfast you would get free at other holiday inns. We will not stay next time we come due to the rudeness of the staff when asking for my room to be discounted because of all of the issues we had.

This facility allows pets and the dogs a couple of rooms down had high pitched yips and yaps off and on all night. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room and facilities were great

Very nice lobby and the attached Bennigans restaurant was great. Our reserved room was supposed to be mobility accessible, but only had grab rails in the shower, no shower seat was available in the entire hotel. They switched us to an accessible suite which was nice, but only one bed and a sleeper sofa. The shower was great, had a seat and shower wand and was huge. Overall a very nice stay.
