We really loved the room and the staff. Really weird thing is not having a restaurant small store for things. The only restaurant was a sushi restaurant??

The room was nice. Had a great view. There was an empty water bottle trash left on the floor but over all it was good.

I wouldn’t stay here again room was clean but the sink was broke and the door knob on the bathroom door omg just a mess for the amount of money I spent

I’m very disgusted with the room in general, but on such short notice i didn’t have time to make a fuss! The toilet was nasty an barely flushed. The room smelled like a basement. The sofa & accent chair were both full of stains to the point i didn’t even sit on them! We couldn’t figure out the tvs. An to top it off they advertised amenities that weren’t available. We had to leave the hotel just to get juice, water & cleaning supplies!

The service was great, the room was nice and clean, and the location was good for exploring the north part of the Mile. Only downside is that the breakfast buffet is not included and is very overpriced for a hotel breakfast.

Wonderful location close to everything including the Lake Trail, restaurants, bars, and even a convenience store right across the street. Clean, spacious rooms and the pool and fitness center were a AMAZING bonus. Great place to stay!

This was probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The valet service and bell staff were literally the best I could’ve asked for. Seriously a great spot.

The windows are terrifying. They look like they easily pop out with no safety features. My 2 year old could easily open them on the 29th floor and look like she could jump to her death. Windows needs safety bars or a solid panel.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, the staff was very friendly, the room was amazing & well kept & stocked, the area was amazing, close to everything. I love to swim & always look forward to & nice & clean pool & there was no disappointment there either. Definitely will stay here again!!!!!!
