“Small and firendly felt very safe and welcome”

as soon as we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with such warmth and friendliness it quite took me by surprise. The hotel is smaller than i thought, which i was delighted. That i feel is the essence of Four Points Sheraton's homeliness. I got to know the staff after spending one evening in the hotel. The reception staff and the porters were not only friendly but very jovial. i was staying there for the New Year and there was real holiday feel to the hotel. The location is superb. i had a kingsize suite with jacuzzi which was excellent, also a balcony. The swimming pool and gym were spotless and as were staying on the same floor, everything was so convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in chicago. i felt safe there and i had an absolutely lovely holiday there. Well done Four Points Chicago.

“Great location, Nice staff.”

This hotel is perfectly located for shopping and exploring. While not as flash as the hotels we have previously stayed in, it is more than adequate for leisure and business . Rooms are just big enough with good facilities, with the fridge and microwave proving very handy. Beds are comfortable and our room was clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly, a credit to the company

We had a room with 2 dbl beds, and it was very roomy. It also had a frig, microwave and coffee maker. The room was great and the hotel staff was extremely helpful. When in Chicago, I will stay at this hotel again.

“Great Value for our family's holiday getaway!”

Our family of four was very pleased with our holiday stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Chicago Downtown. We were just one block away from the bus to the Museum District and about four blocks from the nearest subway station. There were several kid-friendly restaurants within walking distance (including Rainforest Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe, ESPN zone, and several great Chicago pizzerias). The boys favorite part of the hotel was the pool after long days traipsing through the museum. Parking was expensive at $38/night, although that price is comparable to most other hotels. We didn't try the breakfast (it was on the expensive side) but there was a small eatery next door called E-Leaven which served excellent, reasonably priced whole-food style fare. Four Points helped us to have a great family getaway on a budget!
