We checked in at 3pm which at that time I was handed the keys to the room with zero instructions on what to do or where to go, once in the room we noticed the internet didn't work which was needed so we could work from the hotel, the room was also very warm and the thermostat didn't work at this point I went to the front desk to ask for help and they gave me the number for AT&T to call to find out what was wrong with the internet because the front desk hadn't heard of any issues, I called AT&T and they told me the internet had been out at that location for a while and they gave me a ticket number. We had someone come up to the room to check on the air and the compressor was out meaning no heat or air so they offered to switch rooms and I was told it was the exact same room just a different floor, we moved and it was not the same room, it wasn't as nice and is was handicap accessible and the bathroom flooded every time we took a shower, there were huge gross stains on the carpet which looked as if no one really had tried to clean it up. I had forgot my wine opener and when I asked for one, they have one for the entire hotel and you must bring your wine to the front desk to open, Called the front desk to get more coffee for the coffee maker in our room they said they would have someone bring some and never did. This is listed as an upscale hotel, zero help, old TV's, crap!
